This is not the right place for this, but as you wrote this I will answer you.

This account has been used to make a youtube video about a script for Bitsler (we saw it even if you deleted it before posting).  Like all those types of videos (100% win trick ...), it was obviously a scam.Almost always, those scripts are just programs to withdraw players balance to the scammer address or to steal their login info.
In my opinion, scammers and people that hack others accounts is cancer for the BTC industry. Naive newbies are stolen and it destroys hard-earned trust of many sites.

We do our best to inform and protect our players against those kinds of people and behaviors, even if it's a very hard fight against anonymous people.

Obviously, your account has been blocked as soon as we saw this video. In this kind of cases, we send back the confiscated coins to players who have been hacked.

However, you have been smart enough to delete your video before making your post here and we have been dumb enough to not saving it before (it won't happen again in the future).
As we don't have proof anymore, I will propose you this :
Let me access your account and I will check all your PMs, if you didn't try to share the link of your video to other players, I will unblock your account and let you withdraw the amount of your deposit. You will get 24h to withdraw after what I will close your account.
Obviously, if I find evidence that you try to promote this video in PM this case will be closed.

I managed this case personally. You played a martingale and you busted it. Indeed, like in all other casinos, we have a max bet/win. The expected win of your last bet was higher than our max win (2,500,000 DOGE) That's why you couldn't make higher bets. But on our side, the FAQ wasn't updated (5,000,000 DOGE written at this time)

So, I thought about the fairest solution for both sides and you refused it. The solution was : Letting you make your next bets until you reach the 5,000,000 DOGE  max win limit. It is the fairest solution because it can let you play like you could have played in the beginning. At the moment,  I have proposed you this solution, you didn't make any new bets so all the next bets will be provably fair with the same seed.

Hello , today I would like to share you my experience with Bitsler Dice casino and to make you understand why I think admins are scammers and not being fair with their clients.
Shortly this is my story:
 I am playing with cryptocurrency for sometime , know about risks, rules and terms of service, how provably fair system works and had a very good statistics of winning in dice games.  I am always ready that I can loose my balance to zero when my counting  is not correct, but situation described lower is the fact of scam and not being able to be fair.  I have deposited amount ~ 787 000 doge coin, with the current price is equal to 7800$ ,  i have played x107, increase on loss 5%, with base bet 1, after loss streak about 210  system automaticaly stoped placing bets becouse it was set on popup window that max win can be not more than 2 500 000 doge, i had 320k+ doge on my balance i had a very big chance to hit the win roll, but because of auto stop i have lost 486k doge
 I have chatted to admins, and received an answer that the maximum win with doge could be not more 2 500 000 doge, and thats why it stopped. Sound fair , but in TOS ( rules) there were written that max BET in dice can be 5 000 000 doge and nothing about max WIN (my last bet was 23 000 doge), so I have contacted admins , I will attach the history with admins, where only of them admit that they were not correct, but in final I have never received my balance back, I received an offer from main admin Baryom , that he will let me finish my streak , with the max bet 5 000 000 doge , but I will need to upload balance again. after our discussion, I realized that there will be no way that I will be able to win, and they will just scam me for the balance for second time, hope this will help some people understand why I don’t recommend using Bitsler and to understand how their admins behave. These guys come up with rules on the go, so be prepared for such situations. Best of luck.

Hello this is Jalsooj from bitsler I came here with an issue with my account so let me explain everything below

First of all I play on bitsler on internet cafe so I started gambling in bitsler and I really liked it so one day I had 0.002BTC which I wanted to rip my friend on the site but I fortunately I couldn't since I got the error of its saying that I need verification for my account which I had to send an email to a support , I sent the email he told me that I sent a script link in the chat or whatever but I really didn't do it I didn't even knew such a thing exist like script so i went and I put two factor on my account so nothing like this happens again and after this I told the support I think I was hacked but they didn't believe they said they had a video of me sending the link with my name on it so maybe it makes since that my username was there since I use internet cafe anyways they said they are unable to fix the problem with the tips I ignored it , after few days I deposited 0.13 Btc to my account and started gambling when I went and tried to withdraw I couldn't withdraw anything since I got the same report I explained the same thing and I even said am sorry and it really wasn't me and I said even if it was me am really sorry and you will see nothing like this again since I have two factor and if you see it you can ban me but they told me that this account will never reopen and now I can't even log in in my account I really understand the tension betwene and the supports but I hope they believe me that I didn't do it and solve the issue am really sorry and thank k you bitsler for being the best website for gambling I have ever tried thank you so much please help me with my issue

Ok, that's great. But as I remember Baryom posted that there will be new web template too, despite the fact that I love current one very much, I guess new one will be better as you always offer us better services.

yeah,when you try to exchange BURST you will get the message
but in case of any other currency it is working as it is supposed to
never had any problems with the exchanger myself(other than  slightly suboptimal rates    )

You're right, the misunderstanding is probably due to this error message which is the same for all the exchanger issues.
If burst - to other coins exchanges are not enabled soon - this message will be changed to a more specific one.

It is not misunderstanding but there is an incorrect message you guys displayed when people try to convert from Burst to other coins. You display a message saying that exchange is currently disabled but you never say that only Burst is disabled from an exchange. If you provide a correct message on the site then you will receive fewer tickets to solve.

It seems that there are some missunderstandings about the exchanger.

It's working perfectly well except for "Burst" to "other crypto" wich is desabled for now.

You won't be able to use the exchanger in different cases :
If you're trying to use the Bitsler exchanger from an account which is not lvl 10 or higher.
If your account has been banned from exchanges.
If you are trying to change Burst to any other currency. Only this particular exchange is desabled for now.
Sometimes when the market is moving to fast (but it's always for a short time)

Feel free to send a support ticket if you have issues with the exchanger.
