Hi, not sure if im posting in the right place, i`ve been trying to login to my bistler account but its telling me wrong username or password, my username is markmahal, i`ve tried several times now and been locked out for 24hours, i`ve even tried to reset my password but the support email just gets sent back to me, is there anything i can do or is my account blocked/reckt, thanks.

We have a new system which detects if players faucet farmed in the past or now. For the high level players, we let them make a last withdrawal from faucet and then we block their faucets for some times.They are still able to deposit and withdraw. If they are not abusers, they wound not mind it. Small stats to explain why we are doing that : we have blocked 17.xx BTC coming from the faucet farming abuse on the website in the last 14 days . If we haven't experienced such an abuse from some players, we would not have made this system. And believe me, I’d prefer doing something else than reviewing the withdrawals all day. At the same time, we allowed a lot of withdrawals from the faucet from players who respected the rules.
If you are not sure about your case, send a ticket with title : For Baryom and I will double check on it.

You are right it is inevitable that these site abusers will get caught with their wrongdoing as they can track you with yor IP addresses as well as your activity. Some mistakes are even created by the user itself like creating identical usernames and repeated coin transfer to the same accounts everyday it will be obvious to them that those accounts only have one user. when there is a critical mass of such accounts all connected to one and same IP or IP range

It could be a mistake done by the admin/system, so better to discuss it with Baryom privately via pm/email. I'm sure if you did not do something against the rules then you'll get your account back. There is no reasons to ban you if you did not against any rules.

If one really wants to be private or need a privacy then must use a dedicated proxy then it is safer than using public VPN. Those dedicated private proxy one can get at a very reasonable price so I suggest using private proxy than public VPN. But if you create multiple accounts just to get faucet amount then you will be get caught by admin soon or later.

It looks like they are trying to remove all those multiple accounts created on same IP addresses. If you don't have funds in that account then no need to worry but before creating a new account from same IP address you better check with admin otherwise you may face the same issue again. OR you may need to use one dedicated proxy IP for the new account.
Have multiple accounts won't give us a problem as long as we don't take advantages from bitsler's promotions and faucet. The rules exist to prevent people from farming faucet and cheating the promotions. That's my logic.
But as per Baryom you can't have more than two accounts and if the system detects then they will block your all accounts then you may need to explain why you need to open up so many accounts. What you said is also correct as long as one don't abuse the system still can explain their issues and can get back their money.

Generally what they did is fine.
But the issue here is that many of the other scammy websites they use their ToS to prevent payouts. Basically someone creates an account, gamble a little, forgets their password and makes a new account. They win big, and try and withdraw. But since they have 2 accounts, they technically volated the rules and forfeited all their earnings.
This is with sites which don't even feature a faucet. Bitsler terms are fair in my opinion.

Try doing it on a different browser or different device. Or clear your cache and refresh. If that basic troubleshooting don't work you can email baryom.

Problems with all these players using VPN getting banned is that most of them all use the exact same VPN. There aren't that many VPN that accept bitcoin (probably due to abuse) and those that accept most require some form of personal info.
The ones that don't or avoid that info are the ones that are commonly used on the bitcoin websites. So what usually happens is someone tries some hack, and it ends up getting the entire subnet banned pretty much.
When the site was new, they won't mind all these multiple accounts much because they want more and more people to play these games. But now after they become famous and got thousands of players, and everyone starts playing only with free money then site need to spend a lot of money on these free money so they will tighten the rules and remove all those multiple accounts.
nah, i have actually seen new sites banning a lot of multi accounts. in fact i do believe that new sites are a lot more strict about multi accounts and faucet abuse than old and famous gambling sites. because the old and famous are making a lot of money and have a lot of users so it may be a bit hard to find these. but in a new site you have a handful of players and when 90% of the accounts belong to 1 IP who is claiming all site's funds from faucet it is obvious.
yes,new sites have to defend themselves against abuse early on,also they got to attract new players with various promotions and spend
money doing so,so its a double edged sword....
established,quality sites like Bitsler have better security,because they have a specially dedicated team to take care of security
and I am sure their anti abuse detection is working very good,there are false positives,of course but it only proves its effectiveness
