Yes, the site is working just now I can log in into my account. May be you guys need to clear your browser history and try again.

Thanks for the information, but I just wondering why bitsler do not announce it on BCT, instead of that, they choose to post on their own forum. I know they need to get good traffic for their forum, but they sure need more players to play right or may be 4k of members is enough to get through this? 
The promo is specifically for Bitsler's forum, tho they did announce it here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.20540254 and also on the thread title, tho it's not that of a big announcement, so you probably missed it.

I mean they did post something back there about the promo for sure but they do not put it on game and rounds on BCT. That is why I saw there is only some people that posted it. Or may be do not even notice that promo. As you said they specifically put in on Bitlser forum, why? I mean if they put it here, they can get more people to join on their site instead only bitsler's loyal member
It wont make significant difference if they put in at bitcointalk imho, as we know that the main rule to join the lottery is that players need to be 4 stars level. The lottery is imho to give a rewards to their loyal players and for the bitsler's forum. They have done it before here, so it is reasonable if they put it on their own forum. Probably they will give another one on this forum as well.
I believe there is still many 4 stars players right here on BCT, may be they just not active anymore due to play on other site or missed this thing. But actually it does not matter since it is on low people then the chance to win this will be higher and I do hope to win some cash again here like last time
Also don't forget guys that bitcointalk is great place for bitcoin related services advertising and bitsler runs a sig campaign. Look also, after sig camp, bitsler started to reach billionth bets much more easily. This means many people are from here.

if by any chance you are talking about your level and how you can rank up to higher ones then any bet will count towards that even a 1 satoshi bet in dice. it is the total that matters and the smaller your bets the longer it will take for you to get there.
It is not a new feature, as I understand XP points is to determine your account level. Check your account level information on the website, the only missing information is the one asked by Bitgame777. It should be explained how much btc wagered to get 1xp or maybe there is another thing that may increase user's XP.
i am well aware of the account level thing. but calling it XP points sounds like an RPG game where you kill monsters to get XP (experience) to level up and get stronger
as for how much it is needed, i have never found a list of how much it is required for each level but you can always check how much more "XP" is needed for your next level only. just go to STATS and click on LEVEL, you can see a small message open up and sow you how much more is needed and how much is left to the next LEVEL.
and XP is the amount you wager by the way. for example if you wager 0.01BTC you go to level 2 and so on.
