It would be better if baryom himself write about it in the thread. As I can see witsie is a newbie and baryom haven't even announced witsie as a member of his team. He can take a wrong turn if he is trying to impersonate as member of bitsler team. Anyone could be scammed.

So Baryom can you clear if witsie is a member of your team. Otherwise just give him a negative feedback for trying to impersonate as one of you.

12 hours is a quite long wait for the withdrawals. I didn't withdraw recently from this site but a couple of weeks back it was quite fast because I paid the highest fee for fast withdrawal. To get fast reply you can directly send a message to admin because I know he quite fast in responding personal messages.

Probably most of this problems about being muted and it was clearly stated on what you posted. In the other hand some accounts were also considered sold and some were also used for faucet farmings, I don't know if its true but i usually heard so many issues regarding those things/

Looks like you were muted because of what you did(as you said different reasons were there). And what baryom said can be true can be true but they are not stealing any accounts. May be they blocked the accounts because they are sold or they must be faucet farming. And i don't understand what are you talking in those last lines. It was very hard to understand what you are saying in those lines.

why abusers are considered to be under level 5, maybe because they want faster to go level up so they abuse it

how they abuse faucets i do not know, i heard i could create 2 accounts and use two faucet, i did it, nice function
at once they banned me on chat on one account for phishing and trolling and flooding and i lost rights on both faucets

I like that they added that rule in their promotion before it wasn't fun when I joined the 8 billionth promo after reaching every hundred million bets people would always hit the number after a thousand roll and it kills the fun right away. Maybe they added that rule so the level system wouldn't be wasted and their loyal players would mostly benefit from the promotion. Imo it's not even that hard to reach level 5.

What I need to know is about why they limited to this level 5? And why it is not for all? I do not think that it is one of the reason  why they limit it to level 5. The more reasonable explantion is not to let faucet abuser to join their promotion but I really need some explanation why they limit it to level 5

Before you deposit money and start gambling look at the terms they set. You should be minimum level 5 to enter into this promotion if not you can't participate in this promotion. It looks like now the site has grown up and added more and more conditions to the promotions. Anyway, it is good promotion to attract more and more people to role dice. Since it is such high-risk game I don't want to waste my coins to win this promotion.
