Unfair rule just because you cant get the rain? LOL, if you want to get the rain so please meet the requirement. Wagering 1btc is not that hard, you can do it even with faucet only of course you need to spend more time to bet/wager.
Most important thing, it wont make bitsler lose anything because of this rule.

1 BTC is worth $1250 on average so it IS in fact a very huge amount, we having multiple bitcoins doesn't mean it is a small amount. for me it means I bought them cheap when it was $200
but I agree with what terrate  said, I think the level 5 requirement for being eligible for the rain is a bit too big. rain or generally giveaways are usually small and are given to active players as a reward for simply being there and playing. and with the new rules change (the change that Baryom said in the algorithm they use to find whom to reward) it can't be abused.

I do not think that to wagered 1 btc is really huge amount, because this is a lifetime, so by keep spending a little time here you will get that 1 btc wagered in no time. This is 1 btc wagered so winning and losing will count and if you are luck enough you will only use a little bit of coin to achieve that. I never heard anyone complainr this thing before, so it is fair enough for everyone. May be you should consider to get some coin from now on

Yes, it is not easy, especially if you want whales signed up under your reff link/become your reff. The imporatant thing in referral is not about how many referrals you got, but active or not and high roller/whales or not. It's useless if you have 20 referrals but no one active or they all only playing with small amount. I prefer to have 1 referral instead of 20 if she/he is a high roller

It is quite hard to get a referral because many times people directly go to the site and sign up. The only way is you can come up with good content about the site either video or a blog and share it on social media. the suggestion of me is:
1. Mod can banned  the frequent spam people, include who put ref link, and do spammy purposely.(that's why need MOD)
2. Down the lv5, i know u think 1 btc is very cheap, but not on some of us. this is social game not 1 btc ppl game.
- this will decrease the 1 btc ppl rate of get in rain, but like i said, rain is fair and for everyone if possible.

Ok, u can give bonus to people  who expense more at bitsler but not the rain.

With such rules(lvl 5 and above to get the rains), people still spamming the chat box whenever one or more persons make rains. What will happen if the rules are relaxed? I can't imagine it. For me, it'll be good if they changed the variable to get the rains from chatters to active players. I bet that will help to minimize the spam. The chat will remain alive cause there are a bunch of chat's games that being held almost everyday.

it is kind of a double negative, your statement
all the promotions will always work on everyone, not just the site promoters. both the players that are already playing in the site and also others who are not yet a part of this site would want a piece of the action. and it is always the expectation of the next promotion which is always around the corner, and it doesn't end just on one promotion.

But if they use same IP address to refer to themselves then they will keep both accounts in risk unless they use good proxies. If players know about the promotions then they will find ways to do it. It is quite hard to get new high rollers as a referral.
