and i must add that if the problem is in fact caused by DNS cache, it is worth knowing that Google Chrome is also storing DNS separately here: chrome://net-internals/#dns
and that also might need a flush.

i have been affected by chrome's DNS once or twice in the past for other sites!

i don't know of any other browser that stores "DNS" internally.

Hello. I'm having to a problem on logging in my bitsler account, i can't open my account because the site is slow loading and the captcha is not appearing on my browser. I'm currently using google chrome and using an internet connection with 2mbps speed. I hope bitsler admin will see this, This is the first time i log in again after the maintenance, Thank you. I will made a further update once i try this method. i hope it fix my problem.

I had the same issue. You need to clear your cache, and reset your DNS cache and it should work. I was getting very crazy slow speeds but when I did that it was back to being super fast again. I think they switched hosts or something and the old host was cached to your old dns cache and when you reset your dns it loads the new IP with the new faster host.

This was most likely because of the recent issue/congestion on cloudflare.
So for people who does not know how to clear cache/dns just follow the instructions on the site below

Thanks mate. I can access now my account. I cleared all the on my google chrome as what is written on above procedure, i thought that my internet provider was giving me the problem but i can watch videos on youtube without buffering. Hahaha.. Bitsler is having a huge volume traffic nowadays. Goodluck! Grin

I did try it too and I was able to connect. I am confirming that there is no problem with bitsler's side. You might want to follow emberbekas' suggestions. If you still can't log in trhough your pc try it on your phone and vice versa depending on your situation. If it still doesn't maybe you have to check with bitsler's support.
