Hello panjul07,

The chat box is working only for Admins -> players , players -> admins for the moment. The players who were talking are filipinno. If you ask them kindly, they will write in english without problems. ( they are fluent)
You can write only cyrillic in russian chat. We will make more differents chat in the future !

It is not my right to ask them to talk in English, but it is yours and/or mods/admins. Do you allow them to speak non-English in English chat because you understand the language? Wondering how if there is someone talking with local language that you dont understand?, will you warn/ban him?
IMHO, English chat should be in English only..if there are players speak in non-English language you need to warn them, just like in other site's chat box.

As I wrote , we will make more differents chat in the future. I think we will make a all languages chat, english chat and russian chat. Is it a good solution from your point of view?

The lucky roll contest is indeed interesting, but I think it would be more interesting if you make it into a week/month contest. Lets say players who hit the most 0 and/or 99.99 will win the contest.
As I see, you spend 0.02/day on this so if you make it weekly the prize will be around 0.14btc. This will be attract more players to bet on your site IMO. So the contest will not be the first one who hit will win..but the most hit will win.
