I think what erza said is true since you need more higher level to get that jackpot but in the end people only bet 1 satoshi and that will takes time to get level 30 meanwhile your base bet is still 0.01, this will make sure people dont get much profit from it

That is a good promotion as I can say but I saw that you need level 30 to get 58%. How about if there are many players have lower level? That means you need to used a lot of balance to be 58% however the max bet for multicolor supposed to be 0.05 right? So this can only be achieve for level 30 players not for lower level players
