Not quite sure if casinos use telegram support most casino have only live chat support or maybe they would ask you to send message through their email. If someone just randomly contact you through telegram I supposed those are fake supports or maybe scammers trying to get your personal credentials on a certain casino, I've experienced that before.

Do casinos even use Telegram as a method of technical support? On the sites I checked out, they only had Live support (which is just the chatbox) and email as the means for support. When I see other players asking for support on social media, they are usually just given a generic answer by the staff because they cannot correlate the social media account to the casino account like they can do with the email, provided it's the one you registered with. That means it's not possible for them to inspect accounts.
They do not provide any support via telegram. If they provide any support via telegram. But I got the telegram ID from a person and from that telegram I got huge support. The telegram is for private use only, which might be send for private reason.

Just give them time to upgrade things since for sure they are looking on the issues reported by the gamblers so if you see any areas that need to improve better report it since it could help them to give better betting experience to their gamblers. For now if you don't like the sportsbook option on them better go with established sportsbook so that you will not get any errors there.

Bro I have never said bitsler is not legit site or it is a scam site or it is a fake site. I am still using bitsler and I know very well that bitsler is a legit site. And bitsler is one of the best site for casino. But for sportsbook it needs several correction. I am not sure either you are active on sportsbook or not. I don't find anything different from other sportsbook. When we make a comparison with other sportsbook landing page, it is almost the same. Bitsler looks completely user friendly, I don't know how a page should look and what are the other features required to be added. For a gambler the odds are available which is almost similar with other sportsbook. It also got almost every sporting event added to it.
There are lot of thing miss or not on there. Today I have placed a bet from soon section. While the game started I have not seen it on play section. I was observing from other site. at 15th minute I won the game but still there was not the game. Then I contacted on support they told me to wait until end the game. The game ended but still not credited. Then I have contacted several time and added that several hours latter. Few time ago I was researching two game on soon section. While I tried to place bet they were suspended. I tried to check them on in play section but they are vanished.Honestly, comparing all the time is not good as one will be better than the other in our mind, and as long as Bitsler pays, that's alright with me.

I don't quite sure if they would be adding such thing for me I don't really trust 3rd party providers in casino since I would not be able to distinguish whether the game is fair or not I think they would be focusing on the sports betting since they just recently opened it and I think some of users still wasn't aware that they are offering it.

If they can add new slot games offered by the 3rd party providers in the future it would be better. These new casino games here on the forum are really grabbing attention, especially their promotions. But I think they should focus more on the sportsbook now because they have already added it.

I noticed that Bitsler has a lot of really loyal players since I started hanging out here on Monday, not a day goes by that I don't talk in chat. I have seen people betting even though this is their situation now. Because they know how to understand that this sportbook is really new here on this gambling site. Even I have not tried to bet on their sportbook so I only play in the old games first.
Bitsler really has loyal customers. That's because there is a strong and healthy relationship between the company and the customers. This casino cares about customers, tries to offer good promotions, reward players and solve all of their problems quickly. The only thing that I really don't like and wish to be amended is the speed of casino products development. They have to move at a higher speed and add many products. For example, they don't have slots, just a basic thing.
Btw their sportsbook will get better and better with amazing and exciting features/promotions. Bitsler rocks in it...

Well yeah, they have certain problems and sometimes slow grading of bets but overall they have a really solid system for dice and that indicates the sportsbook will be equally good too in future just the few problems they have now are causing people to leave sometimes. I did not had many problem though small issues I encountered I always get it solved by their support once they are online.I have been loving the chest system here because betting on sports gives 2XP like other games excluding dice so it makes it really easy to get new VIP levels quickly because betting on sports is much easier than to bet on dice. I always feel when I bet big on dice I will lose but with sports I don't feel like that at all.

I will definitely agree with you on that, their sportsbook may not satisfy other people but for us we will continue to love it and support it. They are not perfect but they can still compete with other sportsbook, in fact their odds are better compared to some sportsbook, so I think I will still continue to gamble in this site. One thing I would like them to add is - Promotions like all other sportsbook offer because really it feels strange betting with no promo because everyone is offering something like NBA and UFC but here no promotions are being offered yet which I would like to see changed soon.
They will probably offer that, if they have a lot of promos in their other type of games, I'm sure they'll do the same with sports betting.

^ It's all about the odds. For gamblers who doesn't change their mind too often regarding their bet like me, we won't mind/care about other features. If they will add cancel/cashout option, then good. If they don't, it;s okay. What's important is they offer one of the best odds and they pay.
Promos for sports betting are most welcome though.
I wish they would lower the minimum rank to chat. I'm already level 4 but I'm still not allowed.

hello admin good night I have a problem in the game gembling dice there I try my luck to bet but I have problems or problems while playing at Dice with Dogecoin tumbol to stop not working properly when I press the Dice button it doesn't stop immediately but takes a few seconds to stop spinning that cost me defeat.
