Serial scammer Dean Nolan stolen over $400,000 worth of Bitcoin investor bankroll and blamed it on an imaginary hack. Then closed down the failing betking website. On that basis alone Bitsler should not be associating itself with betking regardless of who will benefit in the end. Add to that all the other issues such as the millions of USD$ that serial scammer Dean Nolan stole from the ICO and post-ICO still has not been located.
Sadly a very bad move by Bitsler by associating with betking in any way shape or form.
You clearly just want to attack Dean (probably deserved) without caring for the people who actually lost money to the hack (real or not). Regardless of what actually happened, the most important part should be trying to get those who were scammed to be made whole. I can't believe that you're advocating for Bitsler to not refund legitimate players that happened to lose money because of Dean.
I basically just typed out this same response. Good thing I read through before I hit send. I can't say anything about Dean or his character because I only know what I've read here at Bitcointalk and of course from his departure from the CGF. However, I can say with 100% confidence that if Baryom is now involved in any way shape or form, then the community should be thankful for his interest in this situation. I love the fact that instead of dropping $20k on some AdWords campaign of which Google absorbs the lump sum in its entirety, Baryom has found a way to promote Bitsler and keep the entire budget circulating throughout the crypto community. Many refunded players will withdraw and take their ≤$200 to another casino but they will now have an account at Bitsler and one way or another those coins will pass through a Bitsler wallet again.
Respect level, unmeasurable. Keep it crypto.
post post addendum: I don't know of any scammers that have stuck around 1+ years after the alleged scam trying to make things right. Personally, I hate the "s" word and the semantic shift it's suffered here in this forum.
Dear crypto community,
Negligence is not the same as a scam or fraud. Let's use our big boy words correctly, please.
