There will be too many emails/notifications if we turn on the notify feature for the thread as there might be many replies everyday and I think it will be annoying to have that much email or notifications especially all the notifications are not for important things that we want to read.
Currently I can't see much spam on this thread. So I don't think it is annoying for now. Not sure about future, but currently notification would help. If you compare this thread with other gambling ANN thread then you might realize that very low spam here. However, best solution would be visit website regularly. I think regulat players will not miss any opportunity as well. If player like me, then he will loss every promotional opportunity 
just when you praised that there was not much spam here, user @Text come and write an absolutely irrelevant post just to add one post more to his Cryptotalk signature campaign.
