I wish the same success, while some are winning millions or almost millions of dollars with just a little wager, if we look at the opposite side, we are also millions in total who are aiming to win millions and we are spending a small amount of money for the parlay bet, so casinos still continues to make money from us. If we will not count that loses, then it's okay as we can also forget a $1 lose but we will never forget if we win even $100, 000 for that bet.

On the list in the OP, I only know Charles Barkley and Billy Walters.

Billy has lots of youtube videos you can search but update on his current life, I've never seen one, the video is even old.
Maybe on Charles we will know as he is still active in the NBA now as commentator.

Except that guy because he's known.

Sports betting is good a gamble. It helps especially if you know the value of discernment, about how the game works and who is most likely is going to win. Some follow tips of other players, some do research, analysis, formulate strategies and some are just lucky. Needless to say this is gambling.

Mostly money being made from thin air will be easily to spend because it is not been made of hard work. But if money earn is from hard work then pretty sure all money will be hold. I can see that others too are doing well in winnings. Some were able to make a project from their winnings or invest it into something solid land investment or gold or even business. I have seen others too that are now successful.

Logic dictates that. Hard earned money is much to keep than money that came from something like this.

When you have such luck and you are responsible you will make something good from this money, and make things different from your precious life status,

while if you just a simple happy go lucky person you'll
soon lose everything as you will spend most it from vices and luxuries.

This is not of our business actually, most of them are real gamblers, they will continue gambling even if they win a big amount.
It's not that they only bet on parlay solely, but this is just a side bet as they are focus on winning with their most decent bets, some of them might have retired and enjoyed a good life, while some still got bankrupt because of gambling, but for me, I don't really bother knowing more, it's enough that I know someone could win this much in gambling.

I don't see any house edge on casino, but that's just for me.

You are not being against a casino when you put your bet on sports, you are betting against the bettors, casinos just take a portion of your winning which is the juice, normally 5% to 10%, depending on the sportsbook, but for me, normally I do bet on odds high that +100 so I don't have to pay for the juice.
