Thanks for the final edit of the OP. Even before that final edit, I was already hardly believing that there is in fact a sports betting site that returns your money when you lose. That makes it everything a sports betting site is not. A sports betting site, just like a casino and other gambling platforms, is made to make money first and foremost. So why should it be giving back the money to its bettors? If there is a site like this, it must be a scam. And true to that, came the edit that it was indeed a scam.

My cousin managed to rake in a total of 100k pesos from that platform and never looked back anymore. Good thing she was smart enough to call it quits to get out since I advised her that such a business model is impossible to survive in the long run, and that it is likely a scam. They hide under the guise of a 'charitable institution' that gives handouts to people who lost their bets, and a part of the winnings goes to charity or something like that.

The law enforcement agency is also currently on the hunt for the perpetrators of this scam in the Philippines. Hopefully they manage to get a hold of these scumbags that made a lot of money off of this 'gambling platform' scam.
Your cousin just got lucky, people need to learn to put themselves into the position of any legitimate casino to know that something like this is simply not possible, no one starts a casino to give money away to gamblers, if that was the case they might as well just give the money away as a charity and save themselves all the added costs that creating a casino generates, lets hope that the authorities can catch those scammers as I have no doubts they may try to do something like this again.

Recently there have been a lot of gambling platforms showing up and pretending they are reliable gambling platforms telling you that they are sports gambling. You need to deposit another 20% of the total wallet to make a withdrawal which causes you to make a double scam also at the end of the day there's no gambling platform that is good to be true like giving free money to their players we accept the fact that it's all about the earning. It is ideal to use a gambling review website which is telling a reliable review and information.

I'm sorry that you had to go through this.

Based on the site design and the lucrative bonuses offered, it should have already been red flags going off.

It should be clear to you that no legitimate, functioning business will ever refund your losses. This is precisely how they make money - and it makes zero sense to be giving away revenue. They are not a charity.

Hopefully you've learned a lesson for the future. Stick with reputable, long-standing sportsbetting websites, and not these things that pop up every once in a while.

No wonder why many are still falling into this trap, its too good to be true and yet they still try to invest or gamble on this site.
I see a Peso sign which I assume OP is also came from my country and yes there's a lot of scam like this in my place simply because people here wants an easy money and they always thought that cryptocurrency is a ponzi scheme. We should learn from this and remember that there's no gambling site who are willing to pay back all the losses of every gambler, again if its too good to be true, stay away.

Sports betting site that return your money when you lose is a trap, it's really too good to be true and let's put ourselves into a businessman shoes and if we are the one who manage that site do you think how are we gonna make a profit in this kind of strategy? Yeah, and I would definitely going to agree in the fact that is why there are still many are falling into scam because they click this kind of bait which is on the first place is to good to be true.
Or does simply dont make use of their common sense on which they are really letting theirselves to believe into something which cant really be that possible and its true that gambling platforms are businesses and

they are here to make profits out of those gamblers who do make out bets.Who in the world would be giving out those bets back if a bettor lose?
You wont really be on your right might if you are a business owner.

You would definitely be not able to get those money back and thats simply gambling.

Yes, that's correct. Gambling sites only refund your money if the gambling site made a mistake and the fault was not from the players. If the Op is looking for a gambling platform with such rules, it will be difficult because the casinos won't want to return your lost money. After all, you have gambled at their place. Therefore, before you play gambling, it is better to think about the pros and cons for you so that you will not regret if you lose your money at the gambling table.

snip
If it is a risk-free bet, it may be different from what is desired because the casino offers it to the players. But if we lose in gambling and the casino does not have that event, the casino will not want to return your lost money. The situation and conditions are different and I also saw almost the same thing on the Duelbits site some time ago.

And if it's not a scam casino it could be in the beta stage where they are holding a trial for all their games that they want to get back what players are going to lose, but I will still not trust a casino to deposit if they are on beta trial they should just credit their players to try out their casino.
This kind of casino is not existing and will never exist they need to have a good explanation on why they refund players' money when they lose.
Casino profit from how much gambler loss and all casino owner right now as richest person on the world, when losing on gambler got return fund how come the gambling casino platform working? I think OP looks serious for getting back fund when losing on gambling platform. Actually have chance with beta or trial site when giving back or refund getting loss but not get chance with beta site to make withdraw from profit earning from gambling platform.

Thanks for sharing your experience, and i bet you learned your lesson as well. Because to be honest, there's no such gambling sites or casinos that will ever return your money when you lose. Business will always be business, and gambling sites or casinos will always have an edge over the players. And if ever you encounter any gambling site that will offer you a bonus that is too good to be true, then take it as a red flag. One mistake is enough for a wise man.
And at the end it happened what we all predicted, it is impossible to run a casino like that, so this was nothing more but a Ponzi scheme in which the scammers did their best to try to seem legitimate and they were paying the winning customers with the money which was later deposited by other gamblers, eventually they reached a point in which it was impossible to maintain the scam and decided to leave with all the money they could, I hope people learn from this and understand that casinos are a business and they need to turn a profit, and if a casino makes an offer similar to this then it must be a scam.

Actually, no site will refund money if you lose your bet, if you know a site that will refund, you should consider them as a scam. There are plenty of that now that says they will refund, yes, they will do it at the beginning but eventually members will be scammed in the long run, and you don't call them gambling site but a ponzi scheme, there's a big difference so we should not be mislead.
Have indicate become scam gambling platform when returning your money after loss, I don't think why OP really brave asking this question here because gambling is risk and not guarantee with return money back when getting loss, before playing here have term of service what happen when losing fund on gambling platform. Actually true when have bet return money back when losing will not called as gambling platform but looks as hype platform.
It would be most likely be ending up on being a scam because no legit casino would be offering something like this because its a business and not a charity just like on what other people been mostly  saying on here.
If someone do make out some claims then it is a scam for sure because no business would be giving out free money and just by using up your own common sense then you could say
that its really that impossible for it to happen.IF we do talk about cashback or rakebacks then its possible but for total refund or return then its impossible.

^ Something like bait to users is that right?
I don't see there is a good point on it, and probably if you will win they will also get back your winning because they return your losses.
Just a trick from a gambling platform just to fool people that will lure them to their gambling casino, once the withdrawal will happen, probably they will start making such excuses so that non of them can get their funds out.

Not Your Keys, Not Your Bitcoin
Gambling sites are design to gather players and take their money , so why on earth that a Gambling site will bring back your losses? that is the most stupid way gambling sites will ever do.
because what is the sense of gambling business if you will just give them back to the players their Losses?
never trust a site that we knew only telling things just to lure gamblers.

Op discussion is not making any sense, gambling is business and when you run business, one of your objectives is profit. When player loose, they gain and when a player win, they have to pay from their pockets. Isn't that simple? The casino pay you when you lose!  Cheesy
Wait a minutes, what about blackjack and lotteries where multiple players play against each other and have to pay one when the other loose? Will the Casino pay the winner, it doesn't make sense at all. Be careful with all this Casinos sites, it's just a way to attract users to their platform.

I don't know if it's just me but my level of skepticism is on another level. I don't mind if it turns out that I'm missing out on an opportunity to get some free grants or being the early bird to get the early worms. Once I see something fishy on the details of an investment, I panic and ask myself some serious questions.

I was met with this sort of sites as described in OP twice some weeks ago. It's not upto a month for sure but then, these guys which were some junior colleagues came to me with what they feel is an opportunity to get me in as a big investor, becomes my referrer and earn bonuses on my stakes. Unfortunately for them, I don't like things being free and don't go into anything without proper clarity.

The point that raised my skepticism up was, they stood to gain almost nothing, they were to refund you on lost bets, they would give you up to 3-5% daily depending on the packages you pick, there bookmakers options for a bet seemed far too favourable to the gambler and so many other so good to be true promises.

In the line of business, all the odds are often against you as the business owner needs to make profit but in this case, it was different and I don't worl that way. I have to see the point where I can loose so I would guide against it and sadly, there was non in this. Just win, win and win. They are still at it o suppose and I guess, I'll get the update from them and relate it here later on.

Here are the sites they met me with: w86.com and luckyfootball1.com.
I haven't and won't try it and I hope you guys don't too!

Yes, no gambling site or casino will ever refund your losing money and it looks like it would be great to be real. We can always learn from other people's mistakes not to do but sometimes we forget to avoid them because we see their offerings look very good and make sense. Maybe in the future, the other casino will try this method to get more new people who are curious about gambling and want to attract them to join the casino. So it will be good if we can share about their scamming method with many people out there so there are no people will follow. But yes, with this event, we all learn and get valuable lessons here. Thanks, @OP.
Almost site gambling never refund your losing money and actually with sport betting when play with parlay or multiple betting way, although losing one match predicting keep not any refund fund. I think OP have different opinion here and looking gambling platform have refund rule when getting loss. What ever games kind between casino and sport betting keep never give chance for refund your fund when getting loss and not chance getting back our money when getting loss.
And if there is a gambling site like that there will be many people who enter because the money will not be lost or returned and the question is if the customer wins the bet is it paid?
I find it very strange because gambling sites work to make money by taking their money while betting and it is a business to be able to make money from customers who bet and lose.
and until now I have not found or heard of such a method, and if any gambling site offers such a thing, I will go in to find out if it is true.
You cant see since these casinos are businesses and not charities on where they are giving off some free service into the community or public on placing up some bets and return those funds if they lost

but what if they have won a certain bet? For sure they would need to pay or else they would be sued out. This is just like they are putting a gun into their heads and just tending to give out free money into the

public which we know its totally contrary for a gambling business that existence which is typically for making more money out of those gamblers around.

Bumping to spread awareness about this scam site.

Thanks for bumping this thread. While I was reading the title, the first thing that came to my mind was, "is this a scam?" or "is it just a point system that if you lose you will get points which you can convert later." But upon reading the whole post and visiting the website, I would say that the website is very poorly designed and you should really not trust this kind of website because, as you can see, the efforts of the websites of the legit casinos and how they made it." Also, you are earning way too fast and too big, which is really weird why they are giving that huge amount, but I don't know if you ever tried to withdraw your money, I think you can still get it since this was like a ponzi scheme or HYIP.
One of the few indicators of an illegitimate betting comapnies are enticing benefits that attracts people. If they keep giving back losses how would they pay thier bills or make profit, except they have other means of making profit which is unlikely. Just like Ponzi schemes they might give you back your loses which would spur you to keep betting. One-day you might bet with a large sum and you would not get it back when you win or lose.

I cannot agree more. These kinds of offer are indeed too good to be true. And if a thing is like that, it probably is. Because just like you said, if a company or business will return back the losses of players every single time, how would they even profit? And would it even be worth it to call it a business if that's the situation. They are merely giving endless opportunities to the players to win without getting in return. They should have established a charity instead of gambling business if that's their goal.

If anyone would stumble upon one that claims like this, beware of them. They could instantly take everything you worked hard for. Promises like these are most of the time fake and just a deception to make more people invest, buy, or try their products or services.
