Can you guys go spam your signature somewhere else? It happened 4 months ago. You don't need to keep spamming the same points over and over. Stick to spam megathreads for that please

The main suspect of bump;

Did you made used of the bonus offer ? sometimes bookies when see you are exploiting their  bonuses will ban you

And been followed by others as well. Sorry for bumping this thread once again after you posted but as long this thread wont be locked continuous replies would be expected  Smiley

I don't see any double spending on this issue. Maybe sportsbet just got alarmed because of his winnings it's like he deposited and won and the next day he won and tried to withdraw it. Where's the double spending inthere? From bets? I don't think so. I think it's part of their shady activities.
I definitely agree with you there and what I replied earlier is what I think happened to op when he is depositing, won, withdraw, deposit, won, withdraw (failed). If the op did really withdraw when he won $600 worth of balance then it should be a new transaction but the same amount. Everytime you transfer a coin has a new transaction right? then in the op's situation is not a double spend unless if it is in the same transaction it happen where it is clearly making a duplicate or falsifying a coin.
Probably because of winning big amount of money they wanted to close his account. They might actually think that it is "abnormal" on their system to win like that. If that's the case then the transparency of the site is unknown.

I see nothing wrong with what he did. So, I am wondering why his account was banned. Not unless, he had done something that might be suspicious for the team. Or, the team it self might have no plan on paying huge withdrawal that's why thwy flagged his account. We don't know which is which, or whether if this is a legitimate event or posted to tarnish the sites credibility.

..maybe he have done something that is not acceptable in the terms and conditions of the site,,which he is not aware of..too many reasons to conclude why he get banned..better for him to ask the support admin of soortsbet.io and have some clarifications on them..

This does not make sense. Even if the OP is looking for a gambling site where it has an instant deposit doesn't mean he wants to cheat (double spend) but looking for suggestions from people. Second, in my opinion is not a double spend where the op stated that he deposit, play and won then withdraw, the next day the op decided to deposit $600 profit to the site and won $1200 then the op withdraw but unable to withdraw. This problem can be solved if the op will provide the transaction where he deposit the $600 worth of balance in here so we can check it ourselves.

OP account was been flagged based on double spending. For your information and clarity check below thread created by the OP https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48444142. He cheated on Sportsbet.io gambling platform, that is why OP account was banned.

Well if that's the case then sportsbet.io had the right to ban the account. I've been aware of that gambling site for quite a while now and probably joined their bounty back then so i've pretty much visited their site already which was a decent gambling site for starters. And i don't think their site mods would just randomly ban dudes for no reason or if no agreement wad violated.

no they didn't scam and this user cheated them , this user just created this thread and disappeared
if I truly got scammed by a site that is still running I will keep updating the thread daily or at least couple of times a week , but he just disappeared after he saw some people are aware of double spending...

From the OP story looks like he was scammed and his absence in this thread doesn't prove that he is a scammer.

Of course, I understand your point of view but I would be more careful with calling somebody a scammer.

If you just google their name the first search results which are shown are scam accusations.

There is a thread on Bitcointalk too HERE

Under the rule 5.6.

Got him. Sportsbet.io was the prime recommendation for him so sportsbet.io became his target. He got a way to double spend effectively and wanted to execute it to scam and where's better to try it than an instant deposit gambling site. This is the reason why many sites don't offer instant deposit and requires multiple confirmation. Such illicit activities are making it worse for the regular users.

Sportsbet io one of the leading Bitcoin sportsbooks, Sportsbet io is a very safe and secure place to bet on your favourite sporting events. They cover all of the main sporting events, and of course, by allowing players to deposit and withdraw via Bitcoins, they offer total anonymity as well as security. You must read sites Terms and Conditions carefully in their entirety before creating an account. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account or continue to use the Website.you must break their rules and term also.you got the solutions.

Personally i visit the site Sportsbet.sites looks great very attracted too.i have  confusion why sites banned without any reason?is it a scam site?if not, site must have rules and conditions, i think player  break sites rules and conditions that's  why banned player id.if sites banned must informed the player what is done by him.if sites not informed player, its definitely a scam site.i Don't know who tells the truth?
They're not a scam site just because they didn't tell us the reason, always read the terms because most of the time there's a part stating they have the rights to not disclose the reason to the player. Also why are you bumping old threads ?

Did you made used of the bonus offer ? sometimes bookies when see you are exploiting their  bonuses will ban you
On sportsbet they don't lock your account for abusing the bonuses they would just exclude you from their future bonus/promotions/contests (source is from their own terms).

It is weird that everyone talked about what possibly happened and whats happening and all that yet the OP that claimed he was banned for no reason didn't even responded back.

If he was looking for "instant" deposit and he used the double spend option that how can we be so sure that dude didn't actually lose and than try again and lose and try again until he won? Game-protect loves to shit on casinos and that is all fine and dandy but when you use double spend even if you win you should not be allowed to continue, in that case he will just continue coming back and doing the same thing.

First thing first we don't know if he lost before or not and secondly we don't know if he would continue just getting his loses back and keep on just getting his wins, so if he did something wrong it doesn't matter if he wins or loses, its against the rules and that's that.

Every forum and website have few rules and condition. If you violate then obviously they will ban you. Like on this forum, lots of account are banning daily and they claimed they have not violate any rules. But reality is everyone violate rules who have banned. I think you also violate something that mentioned on your email. They are here to do business, if like that ban account then how they will encourage people's to join their site. I am wondering why you have made post by new id and why didn't post with your original id if you have really problem.

You are banned for a reason, I guess, and that reason is the message you receive from their support.

That's a big amount of money if you'll ask me, but if you really want to claim that money and you believe that you have not violated their rules, then you should make a scam accusation but make sure you provide with valid proof, like some screenshots showing the necessary information based on your claim and let the community decide.

I hope Sportsbet.io has something to say about this if this is really happening.

How did he attempt to cheat them?

He deposited played and won, how is this a cheat?

Is he accused of manipulating the gaming software?

Stop acting stupid. This is likely what they did:
1. Deposit X BTC at a low fee
2. Sportsbet credits some withdraws with 0 confs, and in this case it was likely credited
3. Go all in on some casino game/sports bet
4. Double spend if loses, allow confirmation if won
To go with 500€ into a casino and bet it on red is not cheating! Roll Eyes

To go with 500€ into a casino, bet it on red, and steal your money back if it lands on green or black is cheating. Again, stop acting stupid.
Did he lose and steal his money back?

I saw the website and was interested because I was planning to make a Youtube video going all in on live roulette, and I did, I deposited 350 and played I won almost 600 dollars, then I withdrew my balance, I decided later in the day that I was going to go all in with the 600 dollars so I did I played and won double ( was feeling super lucky), so basically now I got 1200$ of balance so I decided to withdraw,

I did get banned for no reason on multiple sites that are actually high rated and known around the web. Usually can't even play for a month without a ban. The only site that just lets me enjoy my time would be vegas.  I only got messaged once to verify my identity, because I won a lot and in a short period of time. But that wasn't a problem at all and I got paid out minutes after I submitted my info. Pretty smooth experience, I recommend you guys to give it a try !

VegasCasino is ran by the same operator as Sportsbet, so that's not a very good recommendation.

They claim he took advantage of their instant (no confirmation required) deposit feature. He deposited (presumably with RBF), then played and lost. He then re-deposited using the same outputs but paying a higher transaction fee. The second deposit confirmed and he played again.

Effectively, he had already played and lost his deposit with the first transaction. He then tried to play again for free and withdraw the winnings.

I dont if the OP attempt to cheat on the sportsbetting site but one thing I'm sure of is that sport bet have some certain rules and regulation which their users ought to follow or else it will cause them their account. Besides, signing up or signing on 2 account with the same address or using of vpn and not follow the betting rules either.

@Flagship11. That thread might also be a set up to make this thread. It is very easy to make a new account and accuse a gambling site of wrongdoing.

I reckon the moderators should regulate threads like these more strictly to discourage anyone from making false accusations.

I do get the double spend method works on instant deposit... but I don't see how there's a way to prove this on the side of the casino. Because OP deposited and WON, and withdrew. So no problems.

Then OP deposits again and tried to double, makes it, and withdrawal denied.

How does a casino prove this was a double spend attempt? The deposit was 0 fee? That seems to be the only way, but I don't think you can spend 0 fees anymore these days and 1 satoshi fee is still being confirmed this whole year.

In any angles i dont see for it to be a double-spend thing. He deposited 350 and won 600 and on the next day he plays and won doubled it to $1200.
Unless if he had done on what game-protect mentioned above. Its plausible to have these kind of instances on a instant deposit sites.Good thing that support
above is open for clarifications of this issue.

Your title is pretty misleading, they clearly did give you a reason for banning you.
Obviously, I can't know who's telling the truth here, but if you did double spend, then it's pretty logical that they banned you for that.

In the future, play at casino's that require at least one confirmation for deposits to show up in your account.
Then there's absolutely no way that 'mistakes' like these could happen, if it was a mistake in the first place.

I'm guessing what happened was OP quickly lost his first deposit that had a small fee then sent the same one with a bigger fee and won.
You are obviously absolutely clueless about double spending!

1) Player sent BTC to sportsbet scam with low fee

2) If deposit is lost, player sends the same transaction with higher fee to an address outside the sportsbook scam.

It would be absolutely stupid to send both transactions to the same casino!

I wonder what Game Protect has to say about this one.

He certainly has a lot to say hehehe. However what makes everyone think that twochopstick is not a troll account created to start this thread and make up a fraud story?
He already opened a Support ticket and attached proof.

I saw the website and was interested because I was planning to make a Youtube video going all in on live roulette, and I did, I deposited 350 and played I won almost 600 dollars, then I withdrew my balance, I decided later in the day that I was going to go all in with the 600 dollars so I did I played and won double ( was feeling super lucky), so basically now I got 1200$ of balance so I decided to withdraw, my withdrawal was denied so I talked to support and they told me to email the security email, they asked for id proof and address proof, which I provided, and it was accepted, after that they asked for KYC procedure, so I did that and it was also accepted but they sent me this in email:
(Hi hitthejackpot,

We shall also exercise this right where similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts.

I have no idea why this happened, it's honestly very unprofessional and a complete scam from my perspective, I have done nothing to violate the terms and conditions, yet I get banned for some random shit I have no clue about, this does not make any sense and very unfair.

Please post your deposit transaction ID. If you can share you betting details with time that will be great. I am eagerly waiting for your reply because this case looks very interesting to me since double spending is not that easy now a days with lightning network at place, unless of course you own 51% of mining power which I am pretty sure you do not.

I wonder what Game Protect has to say about this one.
1) Illegal casinos can not have juridical valid terms and conditions.

2) While I agree that casinos have the right to confiscate money in case of scams or scam attempts, the first and all basic right and rule is that the accuser has to show proof of the accusation.

"in our sole discretion" is pure nonsense! Imagine you can get sentenced to prison time based on the sole discretion of the judge! Roll Eyes

3) If someone is too lazy to put "sportsbet scam" into google, it is basically his fault.

Study double spend.
Quote
A double spend is an attack where the given set of coins is spent in more than one transaction.

My guess is that they are suspecting that you spent (deposited) the same coin twice to trick their system. You might want to give them the deposit tx IDs to prove that your deposit amount was legit (if it is). But looks like you will have hard time here. This betting sites are always there to take your money and we all know it.
