Thanks mate, but as you can see in my post i say i contact support and i tried others explorers Opera its the second explorer i try, i usually use Firefox.
And yes i want to participate in the SB multimaster but its seems like i cant. Its two or 3 weeks with this problem and support didnt fix yet.
If clearing your data/cookies does not help, you can try the SB Android app and see if you still have the same problem. Another dummy piece of advice would be to change your language from Spanish to English if you haven't previously done so. It's most likely not a browser-related issue to begin with, and it's most certainly not Opera, i can assure you. I use Opera for my betting and haven't had any issues.
It's either that you're GEO-locked, as others have said, or that your account is temporarily restricted from accessing particular promos. It happened to me once before, when a regular EPL weekend promo was not available to my account, despite the fact that everyone else in the forum had it. I contacted support, but they had no idea/clue how to fix it, so i asked Steve if he could assist, and the problem was resolved in about 10 minutes. I'm aware of other users experiencing similar issues with promos they don't have access to in the past. I'm not sure what causes it, but it can happen, and it's account-specific rather than geolocation.
Support is unlikely to have full oversight/access to your account, therefore they will be limited in their ability to help you, your best bet is to contact their security team via email and ask them what's up. PM Steve if nothing of the above works...
