I just entered my multi-master lottery ticket, i was supposed to go with flipping a coin to choose the winners, but didn't like the end result (11 dogs lol) and ditched it. I spent an extra 20min to research the games and went with teams that have a better current streak. Let's see what happens.

@rdbase
Goddamn, you had Furia -1.5? I went with Mibr +1.5 in my 3-game multi. All three failed miserably. Favs NaVi lost in 2, OG couldn't win a map, i need it to be over 2.5  Cheesy

As mentioned before there were just so many league matches in the multimaster this time and one of each the cs:go and dota games.
So I put my efforts towards concentrating solely on cs:go since Ive been betting on these game for a while now and seem to have become pretty good at it.

But since there arent very many matches left to choose from now being the end of the major league tournament 11 and all..
Will be putting my entire win amount on the single match playing later on today with evil geniuses going against team liquid.
Wish me luck with this. Grin

I will need to analyse how LoL games went in the last few weeks then.

That ain't gonna work!
Ask the coin, at least that's what i'm doing this week. My goal is to have at least five correct predictions, which will be one more than what i had last week after spending nearly 3 hours looking into stats, predictions, and analysis from various people/places. I'm fairly confident i'll get to 5.
After all the upsets in the last multi master I agree, doing some research on the LoL matches would just make you lose even more looking at the stats won't always help. Last week was probably one of those weeks where there's way too many upsets but it's impressive that several gamblers manage to hit at least 10 out of the 14.
When it comes to league of legends I have zero knowledge of these teams and only picked the favorites to win for last weeks which were about half the games to choose from.
This one seems have all but one which is not LoL so I think I will pass on this one unfortunately. Or it will be a disaster that I choose not to partake in even if it is less than a 1000 satoshis. Embarrassed

Another 0.1 mbtc to throw away into the ether I guess;) I don't really like that there aren't more than 10/1 odds in the selections, I mean, surely, with different skills there must be some guys who are way above the others? I can't play most of those games btw, I just can't play something without a plot to keep me interested. Football's different, you're just consumed mind and body!

The new multi master esports edition is already out, just for your info. Smiley Lots of LoL matches and only one CS Go this time, I don’t like that... Wink

Oh, thanks for letting me know! They usually announce it in the Sportsbet thread so I rarely check for it myself.

Are you saying that LoL has less surprises than CSGO or do you just prefer the latter? I will need to analyse how LoL games went in the last few weeks then.

Okay, let me be honest... my little browser is a real cs go freak and usually predicts those matches right - unfortunately, him and his "crew" also play almost every other game out there and follow the e-gaming scene - all except for LoL...  Cheesy

With such odds you are better off to make parlays such as this one I made yesterday. Grin
...

Hahah, exactly. These odds are superior than tennis exact result ones for example and I have a feeling it is possible to chain a few like you have. I still did not try betting on them but I will when the multimaster comes out - I'll just do all outsiders for a start and then start exploring picks and combinations like yours.

Congrats on the win BTW, a nice combo.

Nice odds, rdbase;) Exactly the kind of parlay I like to make, just that I'm probably a lot more conservative than even I thought myself to be. I mean, I'm looking at the games and odds daily, even 2 or 3 times daily but I can't seem to cough up more than a dabbling here and there... just not getting my juices flowing, I guess.

Good thing I like casino games too;)

I'll seriously start betting on e-sports.

I played 2 of these Multimasters already, I mostly pick favorites and I get 50% of them wrong. I'll just try to place the same bet on all the outsiders next and see where it will get me. In the last 2 rounds, it would have brought good profits.

Nothing better to bet on so it's worth a shot.
This isnt a bad approach for entering betting on esports so you get the feel of the games and how each team favors against one another.
And with this pretty much the only game in town other than simulated sports then you will be better off to learn on this game instead. Smiley

The thing with that is that I don't even know how the format looks like. For example, from your post I can assume that they play best 2 out of 3?

I don't find it interesting at all so I can't bother to study the rules, and without even knowing how it works it's practically like picking a color on roulette. The thing is, it looks to me that the chances are way closer to 50:50 than the actual odds are so I will give it a chance purely based on my mathematical evaluation of the last 30 played matches.

Yes, the number of evaluated games could be bigger but I'll start with small bets, just to see if I'm onto something here.

Same here. I've started dabbling in esports now, largely thanks to Sportsbet's Multimaster (which I've also now been able to finally access).

I know of them. Been hearing friends play it since 1990s, and even when I took care of a computer lab for about a year, it was half of what people were playing. So familiar with the sounds and tropes, but so uninterested I don't even want to pick up basic rules... just randomly picking teams and picking up the underdogs when the odds are around 3/1.

Also, with stuff going on, I'm facing a rather bad pay cut, so gotta spend more time hunting. Couldn't spend more time betting if I wanted to.

Interesting share by Trofo though.
Same here actually and have had some success in the game which I first heard about when it was initially turned into a mod from half-life back in 1999.

That is what I have been doing for the last few weeks and I am quite satisfied with results. Definitely best esport for me is CS:GO. Every team chooses one map and underdogs are often able to win their chosen map. You can bet on over 2.5 maps which has the odds around 2.0. Just today I won both my bets on CS:GO where big underdogs managed to win first map.

I have to stop betting on DOTA2. I almost always lose those bets but I had occasional big win so it is tough to cut it off in these days without any betting options.

I've decided to experiment next time, will flip a coin for every selection. The objective is to get more correct picks than i had this week, which is 4. Cheesy

I did a similar thing for one of the football Multimasters by rolling a dice, but didn't help as well, can't get anything going with this promo Grin

Well I think at least he will get more than 4 out of 15. Couldn't be that much bad luck with coin flip. I also do the same actually with LOL events coinflip with events that I think difficult to determine a selection. Didn't went great for me but also didn't went that bad as well too.

You could do coin flip but you won't be getting the top of the leaderboard with that. Only thing I think of is to sit and watch the game and analyze their plays.

(...), but how do you explain the Superbowl event where some ended was 12 as well, and every game of those chose have equal chances of hitting, and some of the picks have 3 options IIRC.

There were four 3-way selections, but basically they were 2-way selections too, since the third option was something very unlikely to happen like no TD/FG scored, first score safety. Winning/splitting the 3 BTC is definitely easier with only 2 possible outcomes (though I doubt it will ever happen), for winning the 300mBTC it doesn't matter, since it's the same for everyone. I have not yet given up hope, to be among the winners in the future, but it's more likely this promo ends before I achieve that Cheesy
