I have made a good start to Euro 2024 bets thankfully. Grin

I thought Germany by themselves would manage to make it over 2.5 goals against Scotland. It was exactly what happened in the first half. It is nice to make a good start to these bets and Last Man Standing competition both. By the way I think that the ticket campaign is very good. I liked it. I hope that I become one of the lucky people who get those amazing rewards. Roll Eyes

Has anyone placed any outright bets on the Euro? If you guys have anything good with decent odds please do share, i'd like to tail a few picks. Here's what i've got thus far:

Highest Scoring Group - F @6.00

I disagree with the oddsmakers on this one, since they have Group F with the fewest projected total goals, it's a sneaky high-scoring group imo. Portugal may easily score three or more goals in each of their three matches, head and shoulders above the rest. No clear-cut second, which i believe will result in more open matches...Czechia, Turkey, and even Georgia will all fancy their chances to advance past the group stage.

Team to Score Least Goals - Albania @4.60

Spain, Italy, and Croatia make this the toughest group possible. Albania's chances of scoring more than one goal look rather slim, and even that may be difficult.

Group Points Portugal - 9pts @3.50

Portugal have one of the most stacked/talented/deepest squads in the tournament. World-class players at every position, cakewalk through to the 1/8 finals.

Top League Goalscorer Serie A - Lukaku @3.00

On pens, was the top scorer in the qualifiers for Belgium with three rather easy group matches. Oddsmakers have Giroud second at 9.00, but i don't think his minutes are secured.

We had some really nice specials/outright put together for the Euro '20, remember these? "Any 3 Teams To Win All 3 Of Their Group Matches", or "Every Team To Have A Yellow Card In The Group Stages", wish we had those back...was fun tracking the progress of each.

Sadly, that's a lost @rdbase.
We are on the same boat but I did take the -3.5 for the Dallas Mavericks and I thought it was going to end up in a blowout game when they got that 13-point lead in the first quarter.
It got messy, that's the problem. Lots of turnovers and the Celtics took advantage of that. It should've been a win if they kept that lead because Jaylen Brown cannot find his rhythm early in the game. All they need is to lock it up in defense and let Kyrie do the offense which was very effective.
I think Luka should start training on how to box out people. Cheesy

2nd chance points came from the player he is guarding because he ain't putting a body on them.

Sad day, a sad lost, and this might end up a sweep. I am even doubting to bet for the Mavs in Game 4.

Nah not really, I think when it comes to international football games its pretty clear who's going to win. Upsets rarely happened though but if you count Croatia as an upsets then yeah I picked them up over some power house

Nah thats too much, Swiatek is the best right now and I totally mean it. Atleast this weekend we have more options to choose from in F1, Esports, NBA & UFC along with tennis in our betting.
As for your question on Paolini: She has improved since she was ranked around 52 earlier in the year but come Monday will be ranked much closer to the top in reaching the finals with the likes of Swiatek.
But it is the WTA so weirder things can happen and she is @9.80x to win it.

We made similar bets because there wasn't really anything else to bet on and these matches were early in the day.
We had the same mindset with this match going past 3 sets:

Alcaraz was not looking so hot at the beginning and I actually had Sinner to win with over 39.5 games in a combination bet. But of course that one lost with him going to the finals at Roland Garros.
The match right after with Zverev was easy for the German as he made it under 34.5 games which I also lost on another betslip.

The WTA Finals is today so already have my bet for Swiatek to win it in straight sets as it is her opponent's first time reaching this far into the French Open. So nerves of course will affect her play. But Iga has been to many final matches so the world's #1 should make it a walk in the park.
