@BitcoinGirl.Club  I feel like CSGO is probably one of the easiest esports to get into, it takes some time to figure out wth is going on, but you'll eventually get it  Wink

<...>
Started at 10 and ended at noon EST. So roughly two hours if they do run on all three maps including timeouts and pausing the game between 15 rounds per map.
That's a lot. Not like i don't have free time lately lol but still, i don't think i can sit through for two hours or more : P i was watching Faze vs Mouse today and switched to Netflix after the first game finished  Cheesy

mousesports came back after being down 0:1 to win 2:1 against FaZe Clan, they were also down in the 3rd map 12:10 but won 16:12.
I almost went with Over 2.5 in my single bet but ended up going with FaZe ML @1.81, same odds as o2.5  ):   Also, I just checked some stats and it looks like FaZe also lost on Dust 2 against Natus Vincere not too long ago, and in that match they also won the first map, but lost the following two :/

Anyone got the Origen (LoL) - MAD Lions (LoL) ; Schalke 04 (LoL) - Rogue (LoL) upsets?

I got the Origen vs MAD Lions one but lost the Schalke 04 vs Rogue.

I don't know but something tells me that more upsets are coming on soon. Hope that they aren't that bad for me to keep me off the chase.

I got a Schalke 04 upset. Just had a feeling for that one. Missed the other one though and now missed Mousesports game as well. That is already 2 wrong for me which is probably a bit too much at this stage.

Too bad, this was our chance to get the big prize. Football games have draw as possible outcome while these Esports have just 2 outcomes. That is much less possible permutations which means we had a better chance to win Smiley

I'm so glad that my first dog (so to speak, odds were fairly close here) made an epic comeback.

mousesports came back after being down 0:1 to win 2:1 against FaZe Clan, they were also down in the 3rd map 12:10 but won 16:12.

Mousesports are very good at Train and Dust2 map as I have seen and they are really good with their communication and is better than Faze atleast.

Check how they turned their match against Astralis in IEM Katowice 2019 Semifinals. They were so good. I had my money on Astralis but they really played a good one.

@BitcoinGirl.Club  i'm watching Mouse vs Faze and for some odd reason, the stream quality is much smoother/better if i watch it from the website that you posted than from the actual Twitch website...weird. So, thank you so very much for the links  Grin

Does anyone know how long is a competitive CS:GO match?

That is probably because the twitch site has the chat troll box enabled when clicking on each of the streams. Where as the site just shows the feed and not the chat going on (those guys typing about 50 messages a second causes latency on the site if the feature is not disabled). Ive notice this on another site I use to check out all the livefeeds and scores for the matches going on and past ones from previous tournaments. Ive been betting on these cs:go matches since the summer of last year so think I have what it takes to predict a tournament winner. Cheesy

How long does a match go for? This morning the match between heavy favorites such as G2 sports(1.16x) took longer then it was sposse to with Tyloo(7.25x) Undecided

I wonder how many people went with all the favorites.

If i have to guess id say +90% of all who bet on the multi-master this week.
I decided to go with 5 dogs just to mix it up, knowing nothing about LoL...i did some basic research on all games though.

where to track the results

https://egamersworld.com/lol/matches

This website has all games live-streamed, stats, recent games, odds etc.

G2 Esports - FC Schalke 04 Esports is currently underway.

I said I won't play it, I picked anyway an hour ago. I have no idea what I picked or even where to track the results so I'll just imagine I already lost and will check it periodically.

I really like this page to track results and watch live esports.
https://www.rivalry.com/matches

Maybe there are better sites out there, if so, somebody please share them. I am new at this as well but getting hooked to CS:GO:)

The lack of normal sports brings the worst out of me Grin

The funny thing is that probably nobody knows what this is, I wonder how many people went with all the favorites.

I guess time for this thread to wake up since the multi master is back.
E-sports edition! Check out the details on this promo page link:

https://sportsbet.io/promotions/weekend-multi-master
The difference is, this one is e-sports edition.

I have already done my picks however no f**king idea about anything lol. But fees good to put something for few matches. We will have fun again.

I have also done my picks. 2 weeks ago I had no idea about the teams but I have started betting on Esports and picked up few things in the meantime. I even picked few matches as per gut feeling for the CS:GO matches. LOL is too hectic for me too watch but I got used to CS. It is watchable and best of all there are some very good live odds to pick when you get a feeling for the game.

First match starts in 2-3 hours so if you haven't done your picks....hurry up.

I also did mine just few minutes ago. I do know about CS and their teams but in LOL, I don't have any idea but I do have the idea that LOL and DOTA are two games where underdogs really surprise the betters. I have lost like 3-4 bets in LOL And DOTA these two days betting on the favourites.

I have picked the favourites mostly to see how teams perform and will get serious in next MM if it happens.

Hi Guys!

Post your success stories here and win a trip to Watford to spend the day on us at the Leicester game, March 14

Ill go first:

One day I was betting on the horses in Asia.. I was having a number 3 day as I don't know too much about them, I just like having a bet.

Number 3 for the upcoming was was 44.00/1 so I put 10 on it.   The field was quite big, so there was a lot of big odds and no real favorite.

Just before the race started, my horse blew out to 99.70/1 due to money being spent on other runners.. those who bet horses or tote betting would understand what I mean.

My horse jumped out and lead from start to finish... meaning I ended up collecting 997.00 for my 10er investment!

Talk about a great afternoon!! what fun Smiley

regards,

Steve.
So...who has won the contest?
I think this will announced later because we are forced to have all events cancelled or postponed so right now nothing to have cheer just wait and watch when this world start to laugh again.

Make winning bets on sports with sportsbet.io!
One of my memorable story was a few years back and surprisingly it was with sportsbet.

This was happened at the start of EURO 2016 I only had a couple dollars worth of btc on my account I eventually lost my bets but thanks to some luck my ticket was picked in their promotion and won 0.1 btc. After that I continued playing since the promotion is still going tried to earn as much tickets as possible every single day hoping to win one of the prizes at the end of the promotion I was able to win nearly $1,000.

When I first joined the promotion I wasn't expecting my ticket to be even picked because promotions are very rare back then and when there's a good promotion the whales are expected to win.

Same with me, please ignore my entry since I might also ran in to some visa problems.

Hey Ralle14,

Yeah I remember that! we opened up for the Euro2016: We had a office party that friday night when France played (Can't remember haha)

Good times.

Steve.

This is my story. Smiley

It is a success story, but not related to Sportsbet.io. It was Christmas Eve in 2015. We sat with the family and ate a classic German meal, roast goose. After eating, I found the gift from my brother under the Christmas tree, who gave me a paper wallet with a certain amount of Bitcoin. I heard about it for the first time and there was a policy-discussion with my family about cryptocurrencies. It was very exciting, because even my grandfather found the idea of decentralized currencies very exciting, because he has experienced the global economic crisis and sees the basic problems in the monetary system for it. Afterwards I read into the topic and I was enthusiastic pretty quickly. I bet the total amount on the wallet with my brother that Bitcoin's price will explode. I won, of course. The amount of BTC I got from my brother for winning the bet was just peanuts, because of course, the performance has multiplied the value of the wallet. That was my most successful bet so far.

I remember depositing like BTC0.01 and running it all up to BTC1 betting all-in. It took me like 10-13 bets to do it and it was probably my greatest lucky streak ever. That was way back in the early days of emerging Bitcoin sportsbooks when Bitcoin was still sub-$500. An amazing experience I will remember forever Cheesy
Also this made me realize that in games of luck like sportsbetting there is no system to win. Knowledge of sports doesn't matter. It all boils down to sheer luck. If you are lucky you win. That's all there is to it.

In the past I would take advantage of that and place live bets accordingly, but nowadays I refrain from doing that, since I find it immoral. A friend of mine placed a live bet against some cyclist who crashed in the Tour of Poland last year. That cyclist died and my friend still feels bad for placing that bet.

Hmm, sad circumstances for sure, but calling such a bet  "immoral"  sounds a bit to harsh for me, because the bet had zero impact on the outcome of the event. But I get your point, that nevertheless you can't enjoy you winnings.

Can remember exactly on an Friday evening around 7 years ago:
I was about to participate at a garden party which is located a little bit abroad with no store nearby. Therefore I met me with 2 friends in the city beforehand to buy some stuff for the barbecue (and beer obviously).
Afterwards on the way to the bus station a mate wanted to place a bet on Bundesliga matches spontaneously as we were passing by a betting kiosk. So we entered the shop, sat down to a table and he began to write his betting slip. While we were waiting for him to finish this, a random swearing guy came over and showed us his slip. He bet on 5 draws in football games, claimed to have 4 right  predictions already and the score of the only left game in 50th minute is 3:0, but unfortunately as stated he predicted there a draw too.
We politely declined his offer, because we didn't even know if he was telling the truth about the finished games. They seemed to be completely arbitrary chosen, can't recall the exact matchups but it was something like  Nigerian league or second division of Japan teams I never heard before.
Thereupon he proved us that the finished games in fact ended up in draws and literally begged us to buy the slip for 1€, the initial bet was one Euro too. At the end we were buying it regardless of the negligible chance of winning it, the odds seemed to be more than fair. Finally we to took a bus to the party, checked the result in ~70th minute, still a 3:0 hence we forgot about it.
Several hours later someone checked the final result and yelled: "it ended 3:3, we won the 320€" We were kind of half-drunk already, so of course no one believed him for the moment and he was trolling anyway very often. But after he showed us his phone, we were convinced. The evening were very nice and much fun already, but this was a crowning moment for sure.  Grin
My 2 friends and me shared the winnings equally, such that everyone got a little bit more than 105€ (what was huge at the age of 18/19).  Smiley
