I guess i was the only one who trusted Villa to get something out of this game. Well 'trust' is probably a strong word here considering their away record, i just thought Burnley doesn't have enough fire-power to win at home thus my pick. Double chance & both teams to score has been my go-to bet recently with very good overall results. Let's see if Newcastle can do the same and not lose at home. Grin

I also took the Watford Special.

edit; i can scratch off newcastle pick already being down 2 goals at the half
watford special is looking decent atm, need one more goal, one yellow card and six corner kicks (not impossible)

For super stake challenge I had Chelsea to score over 1.5 goals - Gone
In a multi 10 I had Burnley to draw or win - Gone

In the pool (EPL) from two match I have so far zero point.
Had 0 - 2 for Chelsea and 2 - 1 for Burnley.

Seems like the new year started bad officially LOL

Having those bets for the super streak is a deal breaker because only one loss can cost you if you had 8-9 in a row right. That usually happens to those who are nearly at the 11 winning streak to be able to claim the prize. There are a few now on the winners list with those many correct in a row.
As for the matches I mentioned I put together the three games @3.20x odds which is fine by me.
My new years resolution is not to be so greedy with my bets and to use my head and not my heart. Cheesy

There are doubts but with Chelsea I have a little confidence but still not sure of course and with the 2nd match (Burnley) I did not have much thoughts even after looking at the lineup. Good thing is that with Burnley match, I have not gone with any bet for Super Steak Challenge.

Damn it! I had a multi 10 with Burnley and draw. For sure I am gonna lose it!

Yes ralle14. I dont like the two first games of the year either as I have seen both teams play poorly in their last matches.
I would be more interested in the watford game against the wolves who lost their last game while watford is on a three game unbeaten streak.
It will be interesting to see what they come out of todays match which is starting a bit later than these two.

I don't recommend my bet but I have this 2 leg multi later for the first two epl games of 2020. Chelsea and Burnley to win both of their games for a total of 3.7. Chelsea only have 2 wins in their last 5 but their win against Arsenal still shows that their record on the road is legit currently 2nd on the table next to Liverpool. Burnley also having the same record with just 2 wins (last 5) despite the bad results they still have a good home record 7 wins overall and 5 of those are home wins. Then you have Aston Villa with only 1 win and 1 draw out of their 10 road games still sitting at last place.

I am horrible at picking the italian teams cause I dont watch enough of their matches so dont know the teams to be completely honest.
And the only spanish teams I have watched have been the big three teams. Barcelona, Atletico madrid and Real madrid. On occasion I have seen sevilla and villareal play but against these three teams. So my predictions on these matches would be like any other who rarely watches these teams play.
I will be more intent to really put thought into the french and english matches which I am more comfortable with predicting.
But still there is around 5 days left to think about them.
So might as well enjoy the new years and wish everyone in the thread to have a good time and good will to all!

There's a lot of tough match on the list , I might going to add more draw result than the usual.
Sporting cp third on the primeira liga against fc Porto at second place with quite big points gap , a draw is really inevitable for me.

Another one is Atletico Bilbao against sevilla and milan sampdoria I guess will ended all draw.
Thoughts?

To be fair, the games were not that hard to predict, mainly because most of the games were from the EPL and I believe everyone has a pretty good idea about how things are going down in the league.
