Let me say first off, this was highly unexpected.
The amount that was stolen/siphoned off will be generously added back by them to my account as a token of good will. Kudos To SportsBet.IO
Needs to be highlighted that recovering funds in the case of a compromised account should be a rare phenomenon: it would otherwise create an abusable precedent for people to take advantage of, if they were to follow the same timeline as OP except acting in both positions of thief and victim.

Indeed, it's unexpected move by Sportsbet.io but a generous one to prove their awesomeness. I would like to advice each and every member in this large community to enable 2FA in all their accounts containing financial transactions susceptible to being hacked or accessed by 3rd party unauthorized access. Happy that the case is resolved, hats off SportsBet.io . Kindly mark the thread as "Resolved" @OP.

Update -

Let me say first off, this was highly unexpected.
I received an email from SportsBet confirming that my account was indeed hacked/compromised in some way and was told to change my password/enable 2fa and all.

Glad to hear that and thanks for your update.
First of all pay attention and try to understand if your laptop has some malware that allow to hijack your password/username.
You can have the same issue with other service. Likewise not use anymore the same credentials for other websites.

Then I think you can update / close your topic as "RESOLVED" .

It proves that you are telling the truth about the deposit you made (unless there is an extreme case of proving one of the sent address owned by you).

Oh ok sir.

So I wait about 2.5-3 hours for it to confirm, look at my btc wallet and it shows confirmed. I log back in and try to widraw, and the worst possible happens, my funds showed already widrawn!

Do you have the TXID of this transaction or do you check the address that used on this transaction? When your account locked, is it immediately right after you check that funds was withdrawn or few hours after you notice the withdrawal? If it's immediately lock then it means that sportsbet.io admin is watching your account activity.

Do you have at least 2FA authentication for you account security. If yes then there is no way your account was hacked. I'm using sportsbet too and last time I already report to there support email to close my friends inactive sportsbet account that might cause to connect to me even though there account is not affiliated to me. I hope that your issue will resolve soon. Please update us here on what is the result.

I can't access anything, the first thing I did when it said widrawn was to check my wallet and the address i tried to widraw with was still there.
Contact Steve (Sportsbet.io). I am sure he will give his best. Good luck.

I'll wait and see what their investigation brings up.
I've already heard about hacking and shit, never knew something like that would ever happen to me :/

I immediately contact support on chat, and tell them about funds missing, ask them to check for unauthorised login(s) / from different ip/locations/max addresses than the one I usually use.

My account is soon locked after and I email security team and receive a reply that they're investigating the issue.
Give them time to check everything from their end.

Idk what to do, as what I've lost is worth alot to me. Any suggestions are welcome.
Keep patience until sportsbet authority complete their investigation. You can share the transaction ID by which we can check it on blockchain.

Note: Don't hesitate to give updates here.

Thanks for the console Smiley

In your deposit/withdrawal history do you see any withdrawal that you think you have not done? If there is any withdrawal of the missing amount then the fund were withdrawn either by you or if anyone get access of your account.

So I wait about 2.5-3 hours for it to confirm, look at my btc wallet and it shows confirmed. I log back in and try to widraw, and the worst possible happens, my funds showed already widrawn!
Post the screenshot and the tx ID of the withdrawal if possible.

have you already seen on blockchain explorer what it appears from your address and from the sportsbet.io deposit address?
because if they say "I have to let the deposit confirm" probably you haven't received any confirmation of your deposit and actually this transaction isn't confirmed in blockchain.
This explain why you can't withdraw any of your funds...
