Once in a while, the Indian team needs these sort of defeats to lower their arrogance. It is a reminder to them, to concentrate on the game and fitness level instead of spreading gyan on Diwali crackers and other political stuff. Now I am 100% convinced that the generation of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Mohammed Shami are incapable of winning an ICC tournament. The T20 team needs to be rebuilt from scratch, under the captaincy of a young player. And in my opinion, either Suryakumar Yadav or Rishabh Pant should be made the captain.
Here I agree with you on few points like now time for few players like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Mohammad Shami and Ashwin to give up and rebuild this side but about captaincy I am feeling right now we have Hardik Pandya which can do good job instead of Suryakumar or Rishabh Pant because he is aggressive all-rounder and have ability to lead from front even not like MS Dhoni but still better then these which are now needed to be fixed.
Other thing which I also agree is Rahul Dravid he needs BCCI allow their players for playing franchise other than IPL because this will help them for having increased experience and do better in international cricket social activity also needs to be settled and modelling is also a concern while many players are having too much activity here instead of doing good in cricket ground.
