I would like to bring to your attention a recent issue I encountered while seeking assistance from Sportsbet.io customer support team. I had initially reached out to live support regarding my coupon with reference number 6506edef4969d000012c93d1, which had been incorrectly settled. Despite my efforts to provide official sources to support my claim, the live support personnel referred to a website called Betsapi, dismissing my request.
Subsequently, when the error on Betsapi was corrected, the live support team maintained their decision and stated that they would not reconsider their position. It is worth noting that they relied on a non-official statistical website as a reference, rather than the official website. Moreover, after the website they had referenced corrected its error, I was blocked from accessing live support.
I would like to express that, overall, I have had a positive experience with Sportsbet. However, I find this particular approach unsettling. There is no concrete evidence or data to support their decision, yet it appears to be based on the premise of 'my word is final,' which I believe is not in line with a fair and transparent customer service.

I had a look into this situation, and to be honest, its a bloody mess!
There is plenty of different versions of different events - some sites state 2 yellow cards, whilst all the betting company traders have settled the result with 1.
Even the official match scoring page has shown only 1 yellow card, and Betradar's live scout at the match edited his entry to take off a yellow card.. (screenshots attached)
With so many live sources (and probably local match officials at the time) agreeing 1 yellow was to be the official result.
So this is what we had to settle the markets on.
If match details get changed at a later date, we can't go back and change the settlements retrospectively, it just causes too much hassle and inconvenience to existing customers' settled bets.
(Extreme example would be Lance Armstrongs Tour de France wins and settlement being paid out to those who bet n 2nd place - it's almost an impossible scenario)
With that said and done, I don't think it's fair that your bet remains settled as a loss, but I can't justify paying out the win either.
So,
I'll void the bet and you will get your staked amount back immediately. The returned funds are withdrawable if you wish.
