I cant believe only left 1 goal for the spcial 21 goals in any group. And the most unhappy was see the mega save from Rui Patricio and i still cant believe in the last minute of germany Sane run lonely he only have to do a cross to the middle to the man who was free to put in , and he made the worst cross i ever remember and we lost i cant believe a player who value in 100 million made that.
No doubt! Rui Patricio's defense was incredible. It was a defense that equals one goal for your team.

I tried betting with insurence and pressed the button and it wont work for me even tho i had 5 matches with minimum 1.50 if there are other rules for this please state it in there. I asked customer service to give a free bet with any amount just to give it. They said they dont do it anymore. Before when i asked they gaved it when i lost by a set or something a huge parlay. They told me only way is to get rewards is from clubhouse and that is terrible rewards are really bad honestly.

For insurance,,, it is 1 insurance every 24 hours not every day. So if you used insurance today at 5pm then it is available tomorrow at 5pm + 1 second;)
You can check if it is refreshed just by hovering the mouse over the "?" logo next to insurance box, it will show if you have 0 or 1 insurance remaining. I got this problem before also but it has been explained in the past

Why is your clubhouse so bad ,once i receive a big cashback and that was only once or twice and after that always low and this is when im losing the money on your site

I made a bet on a BO5 match for a -1.5 handicap and I was told by live customer support that my team in this case T1 Gaming needs to win atleast 4 or 5 maps in the BO5 series.
However that's is impossible even before the game starts or ends, the highest number of maps a winning team can get in a BO5 is 3 maps.
They refuse to void my bet, when they put the wrong handicap on a BO5 match even when It's impossible to win the bet.

Even me I did not take the yellow card one,,, Almost no way a team can go three games without yellow cards, even if you play nicely you might still get accidents, or just yellow for rash decisions. Or bad officiating. It happens:) I really do not know why I did not take it!

That was the only game left though, and all the other games and teams are done within the first two games which is the reason why I said it was an "easy" bet, sure one of the teams ended up helping us finish it off in the third game but that was what I believed for each team, sure there would be some teams to end up getting a book in the first game, and even the second game, but I was expecting a lot more teams to be still without a card by the third game, and the fact that it was 6.00 odds proves that it was seen as something that may happen on in a 6 times, that is like saying (which I know is not entirely true) "one in 6 European cups every team will get booked a yellow card in group stages, in other 5 euro cups at least one team will not have any" and that is why it looks so "easy" compared to odds, finish before most teams played their third game on a 6.00 odd bet seemed "easy", that is all.
Did not look at odds for every game but judging from the odds at last Italy game - no yellow card for Italy @2.6 it seems to me that this bet was absolute bargain. Considering Italy got 0 cards in first 2 games I am guessing usual odds are way over 3. Than you take into account that you have 3 games and not one - odds for all three to finish without card for any given team is then above @27 (3x3x3). Then I checked last big tournament and every team has gotten multiple cards except Spain, they got only one. It was no brainier for me and I took it for max amount allowed and expected to have it cashed out by the end of 2nd match day. In the end Italy made me sweat and I even put some money on no card option to guarantee profits.
These EURO promos by Sportsbet were very good and it is first time that I made any bets before competition started. I ended taking up most of the specials so big thanks for making them interesting and profitable for customers to whomever is in charge of that part in Sportsbet. @Steve please give my regards to the guy.
It was such an "easy" bet that it actually won before the last games even started (except for one group), so there were like 10 more games left before the bet was finished and it still won before that 10 game was played. Something this easy should not have been 6.00 odds, we were lucky to get such a great odd for something like this but it was also a bit of luck as well, nobody "knew" it would be like this, and looking at the odds even you didn't know it would be like this, its cool to have a result like this in the end.
I don't really know if I'd call it easy if it was looking like it lost until about 15 minutes before the end of the Italy vs Wales match

Especially the over 4.5 goals in a single match I did not expect any team to do it last night but when I checked the result Denmark almost did! Looking at tomorrow's two matches, Croatia and Scotland have scored just one goal between them, i think both teams are better than this and we will see at least three goals. Don't underestimate teams playing at home, it's a huge advantage imo.

I'm no DOTA 2 expert, but isn't it whoever gets to 3 first? T1 beat Virtus.pro 3:2, therefore your bet should have won if the score had been 3:1 or 3:0...unless i'm missing something.
You're definitely correct on that, he took the bet when T1 was already up by one map so the support misinformed OP about the winning conditions of the handicap but I doubt they'll void the ticket since the live markets seems accurate.Did you take this Sportsbet special too? It won!
