I agree with you. Although they have replied about these issues and stated their learning and all. I think that this scenario would affect the impression of the people with sportsbet.io

All of you need to grow up with this bullshit varchester, penchester, liVARpool etc... you seem frustrated. I have seen this written by kids on news portals.
simply, attacking teams like MU, Real M, Liverpool, Barsa ... they are very often in the penalty area where is a big risk of possible penalty. In this case, why Koebenhavn didn’t they push them away from their goal on "safe" territory? what they expected to happen from 25+ shoots on his goal? there is a minimum of 25 chances that the ball will hit someone in the arm and voila, new penalty.

Like you are happy to reply any case on sportsbet. Member who reported the case already updated hist status as paid, your accusation for sportsbet can't be trusted. If they are corrupt, do you have a proof about this?

It was hackerone that paid you, not sportsbet.io  That's why everyone kept saying that to you over and over and over.

There was no need to harass customer support about it or throw a tantrum here.  When you launch these public attacks against sites while trying to get them to pay you money you become an extortionist. They pay you, or you waste a ton of their time and spam the forum trying to convince people not to trust them.  

Hopefully this was the one time that the issue you were trying to get paid for wasn't total bullshit.

No no. You did not understood the whole process. Steve has fully explained the process in above post.
The SB must pay them yearly contract fee and top up their balance on hackerone so that if any hacker reports some vulnerability about SB then hackerone can pay them after investigating the bug.

In my case there are two scenario possible:

1. The contract of coingaming with hackerone was over and coingaming was not aware about it.

2. The top up balance was over and coingaming was confused in this.

I really never endorse such a waiting time. I have been doing hacking since 2 yeras now and most of bugs gets triaged and tesolved in 2 to 3 days and bounty is paid to hacker immediately.

This was a learning scene for sportsbet.io and I hope it wont happen again.

Regarding steve I am happy that he went ahead and resolved it after I started posting on his thread.

Re: Boris007 Bug Bounty complaint.

The situation has now been rectified and a few learnings have come out of this.

Ill clarify a couple of things here:

1. HackerOne is a third party IT company that liaise with customers who believe they have found a 'bug' in our website. We are appreciative of customers who fully believe their input can improve our site moving forward.
2. We pay HackerOne a yearly fee as they employ people to investigate all reported 'bugs' This time, this case was on our behalf.
3. Once the HackerOne representative agrees that the bug is legitimate, they then pay the customer out of the money we have given them for the year. Sportsbet.io can top up, as the year goes.
4. It seems there was a breakdown in communication and understanding between HackerOne and our guys as to the level of 'what top up was going to be next' This in turn created a delay in paying out the bounty.
5. Situation was rectified and customer paid last night.

This wait of 40 days is totally unacceptable and we were working late into last night to ensure a customer never has to wait 40 days, or even 7 days to be honest to be paid out an agreed amount for a bug bounty.

Secondly, in regards to the Live Chat photos that were provided. At NO stage was Boris007 sportsbet account closed/restricted/limited at all. This was NOT a Sportsbet betting issue, so his account was always open.
the screenshot of the live chat provided was a misunderstanding of Live Chat related matter with a customer support staff of ours who took repeat questions about contacting the security party the wrong way. So apologies Boris007 for the support staff threatening to 'ban' your live chat priveledges. I have spent the majority of today in the live support room talking to the team and asking them if they have any questions for me.. It was quite a productive exercise to be honest.

I see they did pay you after more than 50 days. And also banned you. I thought sportsbet learned something from all the complaints, but it seems that they are just keep going with scamming and stealing money.
Maybe a representative from sportsbet can explain here why you wait for 50 days to pay out a customer? And why ban his account? If this victim never came to the bitcoin forum, I am sure you would just leave him robbed.
Other bookmakers would already have received a red card, but this sportsbet io is corrupt.

Shakhtar and Sevilla both advances in next round Wolves misses golden chance in very early minutes and lost match but still good fight in other match Shakhtar completely outclass Basel and now have big match against Inter now look like we will have Sevilla vs Inter final.

I am watching this game, Sevilla v Wolverhampton. Less than 10 minutes to go & we are 0-0. It looks like extra time & maybe even penalties will be needed to settle this tie.

Yea Man United advanced because of the ref help as that was clearly not a penalty but hey VARunited is always with them right ? Inter had a lot of scoring chances and I'm surprised that they only scored 2 goals as it should've been around 5 to 1
