A few days ago, I am filled survey for Sportsbet affiliate program. Today I receive email from them (affiliates @ sportsbet.io) and now I am not sure whether I won jersey. I think I have already given some information, now I am not sure whether they are just collecting more personal data.

Yeah since they brought a bitcoin brand proudly on the t-shirt we are all agree to support them whatever it takes included become Watford fans and watch them playing.
Too bad they are failed to stay at the Premier League... the exposure might lowered drastically in the championship but heyy who knows they could handle to sponsoring two clubs ... i mean one in championship (Watford) and the other in Premier League , leeds united for instance.. a club that promoted to premier league rumored are ready to rip up the sponsor deal and replace it with a new one , step up sportsbet.io? 😁

They have replaced kappa with adidas as their kit manufacturer tho.

You are free to post anything on this thread and so does everyone else as long as it is related to sportsbet. You can keep on posting that scam accusation in here to spread awareness to other people as long as that doesnt turn into spam because your post could be deleted

When you cheat and don't play fair then don't expect the others to do the same.

For example, the CloudBet thread is full of complaints and issues and these were not only posted in scam accusations - simply because they tried to cloud the judgement of the forum members so the forum members showed them who's the boss.

I honestly don't understand why are you so concerned about the operation of Sportsbet.io unless you are a stakeholder, or having any incentive to post what you post.

We in our website have worked extremely hard for every single penny we make, we've been operating since 2010 and the reason we're still up is because we put the customers in the front - yes, we don't pay the highest amounts in our sites/faucets but we won't cheat our members - and if we make a mistake we would admit it like adults and pay what we need to pay.

This business known as SportsBet.io is making 10,000x if not 100,000x times more than what we make and it has the audacity to ignore the victims, confiscate funds for no legitimate reasons - and then you come here and try to protect them?!

Yes it was from this weekend. I had a 6 fold which I eventually cashed out at 57 mBTC but it seems my last one is a winner too. It was a hard decission to make knowing that my last one will only win if rain do not play a vital roll. Rain did play a vital roll to me LOL

I actually cashed out the slip last night after a washed out day of the 4th day of the test match. They day before they offered me 54 mBTC to cash out but after the wash out of day 4 they offered me 47 mBTC. It was too risky to wait for me since there were possibilities for rain today too.

But I see today the game started and West Indies lost more 3 wickets but rain is also playing a part. It looks like England is going to win if Rain do not stop them. If England wins then I will miss the entire 76 mBTC but it does not matter now since I have already cashed out.

I think that Watford had a lot of ups and downs during this year.The problem I think was after they had a good streak which they ended by winning against Manchester United 3-0.Right after this they thought everything would be easy from now on and underestimated the difficulty level of the Premier League.

I have tried searching online for this answer whether there is a relegation clause inserted in this deal or no, but so far I can’t find anything about this clause, hence we will have to wait for sportsbet reply to find out whether they had actually inserted such a clause or no.

Furthermore Watford has lost $60 million immediately according to Dr. Dan Plumley, and he’s explained that Watford could incur more losses in the long run unless they can win their promotion back to the league, hence I’m hoping that there was no relegation clause inserted in this deal.

Watford could and should have stayed up. But when you go and shoot yourself by firing a manager 4 games into a season, and then another manager 2 games before the end of the season, you give yourself a mountain to climb.

It's so hard to believe this team actually was fighting for Europe last season and went to an FA cup final also. They really didn't deserve to go down like this, but it is what it is.

@hilariousetc  True, a clause like that ("contract termination" or "a % reduction from the annual payment" clause is triggererd in case the team fails to stay in the EPL) could exist. But, regarding termination of contract, we do have some cases where both parties (sponsor and football club) mantained the sponsorship deal even though the team was relegated to the Championship.

In 2018, Fulham was promoted to the PL and a gambling company immediately signed a 2 year contract with the club ^[1]. But as we all know, Fulham had a pathetic run in the EPL (only 3 wins in the 18/19 season) and were relegated to Championship in 2019. But the sponsorship deal was not terminated as we can see on Fulham 19/20 kit ^[2].

Another example was Sunderland. Back in 2016, a gambling company renewed their sponsorship with the club for 3 years ^[3] while they were in the top flight, but unfortunately, the team was relegated to Championship in the 16/17 season, but, the deal was not terminated the following season ^[4]. Obviously, things changed when Sunderland was relagated to 3rd division and the deal was terminated.

If there is a termination clause here, I suppose the club also has a clause where they'll ask for remuneration (big sum) upon early termination of contract, no? idk, I think we'll get to see the BTC logo in the Championship next season. Anyways, would like to hear from Steve about this whole sponsorship deal. Oh, and to everyone here, sorry if this is too off-topic
