Unfortunately, I would like to share bad experience with the sport betting section in sportsbet.io
I registered like 20 days ago and did some bets. Then, one day I tried to bet and got an error 'Insufficient funds'. I contacted chat, they told me to email your security team, ID and address verification, and several days ago, boom - '
Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.'. A friend referred me to your site, so I thought, maybe this is it, they are somehow linking our accounts. And now I get a reply - your account is linked to 4 other accounts. None of those four accounts is familiar to me.
Meanwhile, I looked online and found that I am not the only one. It is basically an auto replies sportsbet.io sends - first blocked account, then KYC verification, then accusation of multiple accounts, then email which exactly are those accounts, and finally they close your account. Ironically, as a 'courtesy', they give you your initial deposit back, but not any eventual winnings. No matter your replies, at least from my experience and from what I read in forums so far. Luckily for me, on a net basis I have been losing so far.
Okay, I could understand your rule against multiple accounts. You need to track for that. However, I don't know what is your system of tracking, but it got me wrong. I already sent a number of documents, and I can provide any other document, if required – id, bank accounts and extracts, address verifications, whatever. I asked to make a video chat with me, if you want. I don’t know what is your communication with the other accounts, but if you have collected the same documents from them, that you did from me, you will be aware that I am truthful. But having made my research, now I expect the email that my account is closed and my deposit is returned. So I am writing here, as a last resort of hope. My user is bonooo96.
I feel treated like a criminal, I can't dispose with the cash in my accounts, and you banned me from betting. It has been more than a week of worries now(partially my fault, as initially I submitted an address verification older than 3 months). I don't call this fair. Try to look at it from my perspective and you will see that the email support is not responsive, nor helpful. I don't know whom to contact for receiving adequate support, and not robotic answers. I am here because I thought it is fun betting with you, not to deal with your support for ages (it is usually a day before I get every reply). Even if everything goes smoothly from here on, which I highly doubt, it's not ok anymore.
