There is a dude in twitch who is a German and dude plays slots online every single day on his streams, dude played other gambling games as well like poker and something else I am not sure whats called (I think it was baccarat or something), so I am 99% sure there are people who can gamble online in Germany.
This doesn't mean its allowed, you are not allowed to gamble online in Germany, it has been banned for years now and last time it could be played was I think in 2012, which means yes in legal stand point you can't play but who cares about the legal point, I am not allowed to gamble in my country neither but I do anyway. There is also a big difference between opening a German online casino which is banned and playing online casino as a German, which should be fine unless you make a ton of money.

they can run easily once people find out about them , 8 players is nothing especially for freerolls where most of the site players register since it costs nothing even though they may not even show up to play the game

We checked a few things at our end and everything seems ok. It is bitcoin only currency for Poker for the time being, so you'll need your account to be in mbtc for starters.

The software provider got a license somewhere and had to agree to not allow players to play games from certain countries.
Or it's not set up to handle your currency.
why is poker not allowed in germany?
How does it look? I access poker games just fine. But from yesterday I did not see anyone playing, I tried to sit but there were no other players. I wonder whether this game is still in beta? considering this is a new game there.
