If you've wagered a lot you could try and politely ask their live support for a bonus. Several weeks ago when I was very active at wagering they gave me a small bonus and gave me an option to pick if I would like a free bet or spins.

Sorry, but the problem here is about sportsbet. Given that with sportsbet I have no problems because they are correct. The problem is that for weeks when they do free spin promotions on Sunday, the terms and conditions are not published, so I don't participate in this promotion because I don't know what the conditions are.
This was my problem before and the others too iirc. When a new promotion is announced here I had to ask for their support to send me the full information the promotion. If you can't see them it means your country is restricted from the promotion. Hi Ralle14,
