The promotion was tempting but it would of resulted in them getting your 5mbtc, which to most including myself, is a lot of money transferred from bitcoin's value, and would of been "There they go again, taking my money in these B.S promotional offers that look good on paper, but infact are a bad decision in real life statistics!".
It is usually all fueled by hype as everyone was saying that Chung had a chance against Federer, but it was all just people not using their logic with a first timer in the semis in this Open while he was playing against a veteran and if not the best player in the ATP of all time.
I'm not sure if the bet was a loss it might be considered as void/push because Chung retired when he was already way down by 2-3 games during the second set.
