A bit contradiction with have been said by others, some people says that this new updates reduce the lags of the previous version but you says it is heavier than it used to do. I try it with my mobile phone and it is actually much more faster/lighter before the update. Maybe clear cache on your browser will fix the heaviness that you get on this new interface.

Yes, that's the case. They added incorrect bonuses at first and then they deducted it later.
I've completely lost track because there is no log of all payments and bonuses from bets. I hope they will add this option in the future.

One of the main option in account setting is: Verification. Are you now require KYC for all bitcoin accounts??

Did you need to submit your documents for verification to your account to get this withdrawal? Because the above user is mentioning this before any withdrawals are possibly made you need to have them all in order to do so. Unless you withdrawal is a very small amount I do not think they will ask you for them until you are asking for more than a certain amount first.
