Yes, I'm an asshole
Hi, OP, I see that you've been online from time to time. First I noticed was on 13th of April, and then again on 20th. Can you please confirm if you're accessing SB from Germany, and thus, from a restricted access? Your silence will make people assume the answer is "yes", and thus this scam accusation is not valid as SB do everything according to the rule.

I'd be waiting for a couple of more days before having to strongly assume that above narrative is true and mark this case as invalid. I am hoping for your cooperation.

What did the OP see that made him want a second account?
You're redundant and annoying
I already replied to your question; and will not waste any more of my time engaging with you

I've been banned and limited in the past but just move on to the next book.
So you're a losing disgruntled former customer of Sportsbet
Ok, now it makes a lot of sense 👍

This is the thing that bothers me the most about Sportsbet. Both you and Steve are very dishonest and don't always tell the truth. I've never been banned or limited at Sportsbet although I do test them out now and then. I've been banned and limited at other sportsbooks.

If he is sports betting major markets, there's absolutely no reason to multi-account at Sportsbet.
To bypass betting limits ✔️
In the event of a previously banned account ✔️
I could go on but your nonstop bias against Sportsbet isn't worth my effort/time

Instead of continuing to make baseless claims, point out a statement that I've made that is wrong. Sportsbet's grade is deserved.

Umm... given his account is connected with others, and if my guess is true that he accessed SB from Germany, I believe that will not be his first offense. I tend to believe those other accounts were also warned for same violation or two.

Far as I know, SB is actually quite lenient and generous in handling benefit of doubts for first offender, they'll be more than happy to return --at least-- the deposit.

Unless the OP returns or there's a case at AG, I would have to agree with your assessment of multi-accounting. It would be nice to see the wagers since that would shed more light on the situation. If he is sports betting major markets, there's absolutely no reason to multi-account at Sportsbet. They have vanilla lines with wide margins.

Why not? If the assumption is correct, that he's accessing from restricted country [and the silence so far would point to a yes], there is enough reason to create another account. If his previous account was found and flagged, he'll need to create another one or two to if he want to keep playing on SB.

Sportsbet seems to be innocent since the OP isn't pursuing this. My question is that it's not worth it to take that chance of multi-accounting. What did the OP see that made him want a second account? If the lines are good, then I could see wanting a second account but that's not the case here. I've been banned and limited in the past but just move on to the next book.

I know that we have talked about similar situations and I had agreed with you in that winnings should not be paid. But I think whatever the player has left of deposited funds should be paid if this is a first offence.

First, I'm uploading all of your images through talkimg so everybody can see it easier,

That done, seeing that you use tutamail and the language used on sportsbet's homepage on the screenshot you uploaded, I correctly guess you're from Germany? Germany is a restricted country from SB's platform

Hi again franz.wagner,

If you truly believe that Sportsbet is demonstrating "criminal behavior," I would suggest you contact the authorities as you mentioned.
You can also file a complaint, for free, with a 3rd party mediator such as AskGamblers or Casino Guru.
Unfortunate circumstance for sure; but there is no way in hell that Sportsbet stole 24.84 mBTC.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
They asked me to do KYC. I successfully passed KYC and then they insulted me of multi accounting with connection to other customers at their website which is a lie.
Perhaps you used the same device to register and play on the casino with someone else. Do you have any family members who also uses the same casino? Do you share the same Wi-Fi network?
Have you ever used a VPN to access sportsbet?

Additional Notes:
I have already sent a PM on bitcointalk to the referred user but I did not receive any response.
But back then he promised to send you a PM regarding the same issue. Are you trying to say it was never resolved?
I registered at their website last year and made four deposits via bitcoin (24.84 mBTC in total). I made some bets in their sportsbook but without any real winnings.
They asked me to do KYC. I successfully passed KYC and then they insulted me of multi accounting with connection to other customers at their website which is a lie.
I told them that I have no connection to other users and then they closed my account and confiscated my remaining account balance (approximately 26 mBTC).
I did not receive any withdrawals or refunds. They completely stole all of my deposited money. I will also contact licensor about their criminal behavior.
