15 minutes to go between Bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart, looks the risk would eventually pay off for 2 or less goals, and for Lille vs Lyon in as much as Lille doesn't win and total Over 2.5 goals, I'll take it but for a perfect night, Lyon should turn the match on its head!
This was a weird Friday with many draws and not so many goals, and this sucks because no points for me today  Sad
I expected much more goals in Bayer vs Stuttgart, and Lyon just scored a goal for 1:1 in stoppage time.
This is not in BSFL but Championship match also finished 1:1.

Meanwhile we have two ongoing games, Lyon lead with 1 goal while Bayer - Stuttgart ends the half time marks with no goals at all. Its about time they start scoring, Bayer has been dominating the 1st half so far

Surprised ?? I would actually have been surprised if anyone had picked Rune, Zverev is the heavy favorite going into that game according to the bookies, but it's tennis and the odds are usually not it. .

I actually am lol considering that some players actually picked Fils over Rune or picked either Tsitsipas / De minaur over Rune.

Totally understand the reason that one people picked De Minaur but Fils and Tsitsipas over Rune is just kinda weird but yeah its tennis, people are expecting these top seeds to flop real bad I guess.  Tongue

If Zverev drops out I don't think anybody gets a point in tennis Smiley Did not actually check, more a feeling.

Yep I checked and Zverev is the only leftover answer for the tennis question. I surprised that nobody picked Rune... The closest answer aside from Zverev was De Minaur but he just lost to Rune

One more game before Zverev give points for some of us, against Rune with 2-1 h2h record so far. Im convinced that he is going to final for sure after watching his game against Tsitsipas

If Zverev service isn't going well for him, then he'd struggle a lot, I think it's going to come down to whoever has the better service game, as I don't anticipate too many long rallies.

Stuttgart struggled to secure a win in their last game in the DFB Pokal. Even with them playing against a less formidable opponent. I think this should be pretty easy for Leverkusen, probably getting at least 3 goals themselves with Stuttgart returning at least 1.
Still, 4 goals wasn’t an option I would like to settle with, definitive numbers don’t work well with me so, it’s an over 5.5. Bundesliga have got to deliver this one.

Anything under 5 goals would be great for me, hoping that it would be 4 but I think it could be 3. Probably 2-1 for Leverkusen

I really didn’t expect Tsitsipas to win against Zverev, if Zverev doesn’t beat himself and he didn’t at least today, only one final shot left which is the semifinal against either Rune or De Minaur, none would be easy and I’d fancy their chances than that of Tsitsipas.
Tsitisipas had great indoors H2H against Zverev but his form was poor lately. This was 50:50 match for me. Did not watch Rune in Paris yet but his stats look good and he is one of the players that can win against anybody on his day. Humbert delivered the upset I needed against Alcaraz. Shocked  That makes my early lead a bit safer against MAAManda and we're now down to three questions.

The Bundesliga question is up next (Leverkusen vs. Stuttgart). Four goals looked like the sweet spot, but if you check Leverkusen's home results it becomes a toss-up between three and four.

Giving the fact that Friday night football are always weird and odd imo, I went for two or less goals, I hate picking a fixated number like 3 or 4 only, it usually haunts me but I like the chances of going either super lower or over, still.

Alcaraz left the building in Paris, but most of us have him so it doesn't count. I need Zverev to lose, but it doesn't look like thats happening with everyone else looking pretty bad. So both me and @arallmuus are watching today and hoping for distinct results, how shit is my round I'm hoping for a draw! Been a long long time since I supported Tsitsipas, today he comes to haunt me or reward me?

Most of the time Tsitsipas always dissapoint me when I picked him as one of my answers so I hope I dont jinx the questions this time. Anyway, Tsitsipas actually won against Zverev last year in Paris and their h2h record for the last 5 games shows that Tsitsipas won 3 of them so Im actually kinda worried about this  Smiley

Fire the manager and hire the one, just dont hire Erik ten Hag  Grin

Lol, love the Manchester United's reference there. Well he is the scapegoat for sure. There are tons of problem to fix but you cant just sign a new players or replace a new board director that easily so the easiest scapegoat would be to replace him

Lol glad you enjoyed the joke bro, these are gonna be the toughest rounds yet as we are closing out the season. Hopefully you can gather some needed wins, as always you gotta change up the process week to week and try different strategies and find what works.

I heard a similar joke recently but its not polite because its about young people and P Diddy, something similar and I have no idea why its not even so funny but my brain still laughs inside Wink

Relegation is so close, even if bottom guys win 2 games they will go up, so yes, I need all these points. GL to you Wink

Ouch, Alcaraz out to Humbert. Considering that Sinner withdrew, there will be a lot of zeroes in the tennis question.

Zverev looks really good for the LMS point here, but even without it - everybody else getting 0 also works in my favor. And Trofo's as well Grin

Here is a scenario where it sucks to have missed out on an important news, it's been a while we had a withdrawal in a tennis question, I just hope Zverev would also lose to Tsitsipas tomorrow to level the playing ground for those missed out on the news.

If I hadn't missed the news, there is surely no other alternative I'd have picked from that bracket other than Zverev.

It's still surreal how he's managed to stay head above shoulders every week (for the past 11 weeks), if he goes on to win it, then it would have been highly deserved, but then there is still a lot of hurdles to be jumped to get there.

I just follow what my catechist taught me, render to mafia the things that are mafia's. And of course buddy I won't overtake your position as the biggest donator Grin
Be careful and watch your next steps.
Someone has to share the burden of donations, I cant do everything myself, but I expect Mafia to pay next rebuy tax.

Tell us when something interesting is happening. We do check schedules on occasions but neither of us really tracks it so the chance we miss a big event is quite high.
You can also try to make a question, if it's good we will maybe include it. jeremypwr used to help us with these types of questions when we decided to put them in.
I am telling you now early.
You must add this mega fight UFC 309 Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic that should happen on November 16.
Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson boxing is scheduled for November 15 and that could be interesting.

If I crash out in LMS, I actually may just step away like a whimpering fool. The gap now is 9 points, and at worst performance, I estimate will end the round at 10 points gap. This team is withering away badly, perhaps the last win only served to delay the inevitable.

Seems my win streak may be coming to an end.

el che has a 3-1 lead over me in this round. I mean it’s still recoverable but not looking good.

Do you believe in miracles? cause that's what you'll need buddy... Just kidding!
Very important matchup for promotion. Everything is still possible tho. Good luck man!!

As for LMS, I need Trofo to slow down a bit, although I doubt it since it's obvious this dude got skills, but I'll keep knocking on his door till the end.

Dodgers LFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grin Grin Grin

Damn!

Yankees are quite just awful, I was super elated when they were up 5-0 Nil, I thought all left is for Dodgers to just head back LA to wrap the deal, only for it too blow up right in my face yet again, that’s me going 0-2 down in the round 😒

I don't know what to say but I was nervous like a prostitute in Church, but Dodgers came through clutch in the end and gave me a much needed green box.  Grin Grin Grin

I still have a life line lol, I thought my opponent had LA to win in New York, turned out we both have the same answer one that, while LMS in now in complete jeopardy, it could have been worse if I had gone 2-0 down here with little hope for any kind of come back. I guess tomorrow we’ll determine a whole lot on what to expect by the end of the week.

With the New York Yankees' loss last night, I’m now down 3-0 in this round. I should have been more careful with my answers on this one.
Your reply made me check the sheet and swipe to the right. I usually check the updates as they go sequentially and forget that some further down can be settled at a much earlier time.

Missed out on the Yankees' but still just point behind and still a lot of different questions to go, enough time for a recovery.

After yesterday's games, it's safe to say that I’ll probably lose this round as well. I was expecting Dortmund and Milan to win but the games didn't go as I anticipated.

I'm leading 3-0 already and we only have 3 different answers left. I got the perfect start this round. I'm glad I used VAR on the mlb question. I'm a little surprised that you chose 0-2 goals in the match between Leverkusen-Stuttgart, I'm sure there will be at least 3 goals in that match😁 The worst that can happen this round is a draw between us, but I'm 100% sure that won't happen😁

With the New York Yankees' loss last night, I’m now down 3-0 in this round. I should have been more careful with my answers on this one. It’s been a terrible round for me. I need to win the remaining three rounds to save the rest of the season, but that doesn’t seem very likely. Congratulations to Slissy for his win in advance.
