I believe this was answered before. Cro2 said there are more chances to get more points as the round progresses, so everyone keeps the points they have from earlier rounds. Total score wins.

Ahh I see, so the number of points wont be the same as round progresses?Kinda make sense now with huge amount for buy-in after the SF round, wonder will someone ever try their luck by buying in here. Well that means the other strategy to win this is by reaching higher rounds and get decent amount of points there huh.

The most important thing to survive is to have scored

Yeah only to survive but you will need to score as many point as you could as well if you want to win this tournament as well

All of us 1-point idiots, raise a glass to jayce, and drink to his health.

P.S. I've paid for a few people in several tournaments, so if you end up needing a rebuy and can't do it in time, just shoot me a PM. Only this week, I travel next and will even have difficulty paying for myself. Because requests came apart from each other before, this time I'll probably wait til near deadline and send batch payments because, fees. I'm not a stickler for fees in general but this week I am.

Hahaha agree with this one. Im in the 2 points wagon but also make me feel safe knowing someone is still 0 points, this gives me a gap of thin air in which i can breath.

I need to collect a few more points in this last two questions of the round.

Ok it's alright,
I read the terms and condition in the 1st page

All teams with the lowest amount of points per round (ignoring the initial pre-tournament bonus round) will be disqualified from the tournament after the end of that round.
Therefore, there is no minimum score, even if it is zero or more, and there is also no limit for the people who are excluded.

The most important thing to survive is to have scored more than the lowest amount of points in each round.

The questions for Round 2 are live!
Again - they include all 12 games with groups A and F paired together - not to give an edge to those that are rebuying and still won't have their TX-es confirmed on time.

You can win a total of 10 points in this round, 1 point per question.

Questions for Round 2 can be found here!

They need to be answered before the deadline (Wednesday, Jun 19th, 11:00 GMT (forum time).

The deadline is short, so make sure you rebuy on time if you plan to. We will tag those that are at the bottom tomorrow after the last 2 games, but it's less than 12 hours betweeen then and new deadline.

Please take note of the following when rebuying:

...
Most of you guys can be trusted so it will be enough to send your TX-es without them having to be confirmed.
Tx fee should be about 20 sat/byte at least and RBF turned on. We will advise exact details depending on mempool state.

Everybody with 2 or more points is safe, because jayce still has 0 points and only 1 possible point to win. All of you that have 1 point and have 'Yes' as an answer to last question are safe as well - because it's the answer that jayce has.
fruy8, BitcoinHunt3r, Woodie and crwth are already out (failed submissions).

You can check the submission spreadsheet here, the answers will be shown after the deadline has passed.

I am at work now and can't go through the round 2 questionaire yet but will do as soon as I go home.I guess we are still at round 1 until the Portugal game ends tonight. There has been surprise results with Belgium losing and Italy not scoring many goals together with Romania crushing Ukraine which has led to this low average points for 10 questions so far.I believe the correct average should have been 4-5 which corresponds to 40-50% of the total available. It has been an interesting round one so looking forward to round 2 starting tomorrow with Croatia vs Albania game.

I saw most of the questions were already replied to, thanks BSFL crew Cool.

I just went through the questions for this round and again I have one question. It's probably self-explanatory but I'll still ask because I tend to misunderstand questions from time to time Grin In the 6th question 90+ minutes combined is correct if two of them plays 90 minutes in sum, right? So, for example if Lewandowski plays 65 minutes and Swiderski plays 30 minutes, then the correct answer is the first one, right?

Yes, 90+0 works as well. Extra time is the added time (45+3 for example), we won't be adding these 3 minutes.
The last option (Lewandowski and Swiderski play less than 90 minutes combined) doesn't take contributions into account - so if they contribute to the win but play less than 90 minutes together, that's the correct one.

The average points collected is a bit over 2 so I'm right there, but I like my chances for the next 2 questions.

I also have a question.
For the last question about Belgium - "Belgium to win in any other way", does it mean if Belgium is leading at half time that does not count or it just factors in the handicap in option 1? I am assuming it only factors in the handicap but will like some clarity on what winning any other way is.

- Jay -
Winning any other way means just that, winning in any manner that isn't covered with previous option. Hope it is clear. Rikafip gave more detailed explanation while I was writing this. But leaving it here to make it official.

With rebuys you keep all your points. Wouldn't make much sense otherwise.

"Belgium to win in any other way" simply means in any other way that doesn't cover both Belgium leading at the halftime and covering the -1.5 handicap. So for example, situation in which Belgium leads at the halftime 1-0 and game ends with 3-2 for Belgium means they won "in any other way" as both reqs haven't been met.

Just to be clear, I want to ask one question. So, those three guys that got eliminated must pay the 0.5 mBTC fee to re-join the competition, but they still have 0 points, right? What if in the second round players with 3 points are eliminated (because let's say that 3 total points will be the worst score)? Are they starting again with 0 points after paying the 0.5 mBTC fee or they keep their points that they earned during the first two rounds? I hope you understand what I'm asking.

Remember we also have the 'bonus' points from questions we answered earlier.

Thank you jayce for saving us all lol

1 point. I'm so bad.

If it were the case that people who were eliminated lost all the points they had earned, it wouldn’t make sense to rebuy in the later stages, as you would be too far behind the others. So no, I don’t think you lose the points if you rebuy.

That's what I'm thinking also, but I just want to make sure Smiley

I thought more people would be eliminated because I saw a lot of red in the spreadsheet, but props to three guys who took the hit and saved the others who had a point.  Tongue

I'll hold my predictions for now and wait for the Group F matches to finish in case we see another surprise.

Well, not a good round overall for me but well i need to close the gap in this alst two question and avoid to be in the last wagon with a few guys who are sleeping there with 0 correct answers.

What a surprise result was the victory of Romania over Ukrayne i neve rexpected such a good start for the romanians.

Could you add which game it is about somewhere in each question so it is clear? I don't know the schedule by heart  Grin

We kinda did, but maybe not clearly enough. It's the EURO's man, you need to live it every day Grin
I checked the questions again, the only one not mentioning the exact pair is the Ukraine one - they are playing Slovakia.

Full list of games for Round 2:

Germany - Hungary
Scotland - Switzerland
Croatia - Albania
Spain - Italy
Slovenia - Serbia
Denmark - England
Poland - Austria
Netherlands - France
Slovakia - Ukraine
Belgium - Romania
Georgia - Czech Republic
