You just make sure you are posting according to rules and make enough posts for a week (25) untill Sunday 23:59. Payments will be send out tomorrow during day.
I do think he is referring to the no. of posts accepted for payment.

One question though. I know that posts don't count/roll over for next week but is there an exception for this first week?
Imho it's not so fair for some members that start posting today,to have (and reach) minimum posting rule for 25 posts per week.
Since they will have only 3 days to post and not 7 ( full week),like the members that start from the beginning of the Campaign.

It was their decision to choose this signature campaign at this time. One can say they should get paid less because they joined so later and will earn same amount in shorter time.
And by the way only few new participants today, otherwise we are full. So I think there won't be any problems.

I did some backreading, just want to clarify. So my posts for Week 1 (Oct.23 to Oct.29) will not be counted, given that all of my posts are eligible for payments?
You must make at least 25 posts in a week in order to get paid for that week.
Your posts in week 1 will count for week 1 payment. Your posts in week 2 will count for week 2 payment...

No, they do not count for next week. This would mean one could spam 1 week and then do nothing for 2 weeks, so I hope you understand.
