Definitely spot trading is best for beginners. Because when someone does spot trading, he does not have to face huge losses even if he takes a wrong entry for a coin.  But taking wrong entries in Future Trading can lead to zero balance in a short time.  Future trading is very risky not only for beginners but also for a professional trader. So future trading should not be done especially for new traders.  Because it will give them a bad experience about trading.  Future trading behaves like a form of gambling so it can make traders greedy in a short period of time. So it is better to be careful of it

Totally trading not a good ways for beginers. New investors get too excited to dive into the trading market which results in money losses at home. Newbies don't understand trading so they take losses while trading quickly. So invest early to replace advanced strategy at dip price and do your research.

For the beginners, spot trading should be the most recommended one. While for future, it is only for experienced traders, it has a very high risk. Even those experienced traders, not all of them want to trade future because of its high risk. In future, we can lose all the money if we make a mistake. While in spot trading, we probably decrease the value of our coins if we make a mistake. However, although spot trading is quite safe for beginners, it is better to use small money firstly. The beginners must take a lesson as the priority, they don't need to chase for the profits.
The learning phase needs dummy trading rather than small volume trading. Spot is for everyone and is the safest considering that we never lose money on spot directly but only exchange the money in one coin to another. In futures, leverage we are always losing money to the exchange and these are some types of gambling only.

There are many people making money from these non-spot modes of trade but never recommended for newbies pr even veterans.
This is why there are demo trading places, you do not use real money but you use real market, that way you get to see what you would have done in the real world if it was real money. Of course it's not the same as real trading, of course there are differences, but at least you get to learn something and then test it out if you can. It's not a bad thing to use demo trading, that should be something a lot better.

Future trading for a newbie sounds like a scary thing, people who ever consider future trading would be good for some newbies are making a big problem and I do not think that it would be a smart decision at all. You should be considering that as a problem and not a good thing at all. Spot after demo is the way to go.

I advise beginners to learn spot trading instead of futures trading because it's safer. But they must study before starting to trade, and using a demo account is highly recommended to study indicators or something else. If they are used to spot trading and can get profits as often as possible, they can try futures trading.

But futures trading is more difficult because you have to know or be able to predict where the market will go. Otherwise, you will only lose and lose the money.
I understand that beginners can be incredibly excited to come to the market and they cannot wait to trade the market and do so as fast t as possible, but becoming a trader is a slow process, it would be better for those people to at first become holders as this is the less risky option by far, then once they have mastered holding they could use DCA and buying the dip as they are more advanced strategies, and once they have done all of that they could become spot traders, however I would not recommend that anyone becomes a futures trader as the failure rate is too high and the skill level needed to succeed is even higher.
I recommend using DCA instead of trading because it is safe for beginners while learning how to trade. By using DCA, they can accumulate more, especially when they are about to buy and the market is declining again. That allows them to buy large quantities using the same money as before. And if this is done continuously, they will be able to collect more from other people so that if the market can reverse direction and increase high, they can get big profits if they sell at that high price. But this requires learning and experience, and it is a process to get it.

All type of trading are risky and without knowing the skills one get success hardly. But as compared to future trading spot trading will be profitable, in trading you don't have enough time to make decisions so fast decisions in little time will be required.

Future trading should not be selected and if one wants to be successful then participate in certain group first to recognize the fundamentals then spot trading should be selected otherwise prolong holding will be beneficial for everyone.

Re: Spot trading or future trading which trading is best for beginers?
Trading in general itself is a risky type of investment already especially if you don't have the necessary skills in order to make money from it.

Both the spot, and the futures trading are risky, but Spot is less risky, but less profitable compare to Futures. This is also the reason why people want to trade more on Futures because they can make more money trading on it than Spot, and this is what newbies think as well thus, they are jumping immediately on Futures where in fact, they don't have the knowledge that might help them, and the only thing that's on their mind is profit which is wrong.

Spot trading is the most recommended by many here, but as a newbie, I guess experiencing it first-hand with no money loss thru a demo account might help you. At least at that account, you will not get any loss, but will not get profit as well. You will only experience what you might experience when you are trading in real money. That might help you mentally especially in decision making, but overall, Spot is the most recommended one.

Both spot buying and selling and futures trading have their personal benefits and downsides, and it ultimately depends at the individual trader's desires, threat tolerance, and trading style.

Spot trading entails buying and promoting assets at the cutting-edge marketplace rate, and it's miles generally considered less unstable than futures buying and selling. It is a great alternative for novices who are simply starting out in trading and want to get a feel for the marketplace. However, spot trading can also be volatile, and fees can differ swiftly, so traders want a good way to manipulate their threat correctly.

Futures buying and selling, however, includes buying and selling contracts that promise to deliver an asset at a destiny date at a predetermined fee. It allows buyers to take positions on the course of an asset's price movement with out definitely owning the underlying asset. Futures trading can be extra complicated and unstable than spot trading, and it calls for more understanding and revel in. Futures buying and selling can be appropriate for buyers who have a better threat tolerance and are looking for greater superior trading techniques.
I think spot trading is best for beginner. Both trading spot and future trading is good but i think spot trading is best. Because in spot trading beginners will take some profit or some loss. But in future trade new comers will loss his total fund anytime. So i will tell spot trading is best for beginner.

For future trading a trader need learn about lot, pips, leverage, stop loss, take profitb etc. Which is very tuff for beginners. When i was beginner then i lost $500 in future trading within 2 hours. It was my big loss in my trading life. So i will advice for beginner to spot trade.

I think you asked because that's obvious from the title, but the contents of the thread only explain what traders will face in trading these two different types of trades.
Beginners are usually people who also lack knowledge so spot trading is the best choice and of course that is also what many other members have suggested, because in basic spot trading the knowledge you have is enough to start, buying cheap and selling expensive, and this type of trading will be calmer, while futures trading is only suitable for experts and those who already have sufficient experience.

Actually trading is very risky for beginners if they don't acquire good knowledge about trading. Trading futures and spot trading definitely requires good quality skills without the risk of losing money. However, the risk of losing money in spot trading is very low, but the fear of losing money in futures trading is high. Because there is a risk of losing money if you trade without understanding the market conditions. He should be aware of market volatility while doing any trade. If you are not experienced in all these matters, then surely you cannot expect any profit, rather you are facing more losses.

it is very terrible if trading in futures trading I see futures trading as a gamble,
because I once tried to trade with a capital of $ 200 and I lost my money easily,
different to the Spot market when I bought at an expensive price I was still able to recover from several rebounds at that price ,
so it's better to choose a spot market to learn to trade.

It is obvious that you lack proper trading skills, which lead to the loss of money when trading futures. The fact that the futures market exists indicates the fact that it is in demand among traders. And if all traders received a loss from such trading, then such a market would not exist. It is possible that after some time, when you gain enough experience, you will decide to return to the futures market again.

Any trading other than spot trading will be unprofitable for a beginner.
Cryptocurrency exchanges do not have large entry thresholds like stock exchanges and futures exchanges.
Spot trading is the easiest and gives you the opportunity not to constantly monitor the market and not be afraid of liquidating your position.

All I can say is that Futures trading, Derivative trading, Margin trading are only for pro traders. It is not possible here that you don't know anything, you must be loaded with ideas and know how to use the tools I mentioned in trading. Because if you don't know them and you don't have any idea, the funds you put into it will be just miserable.

That's why, as others say here, the most applicable to newbies who enter crypto trading is to spot no one else, and at least here even if you start with a small amount, it's possible and a good training ground so that you can practice actual trade.

...and I switched to the spot market and tried to hold my favorite altcoin and as a result my money was still safe there,
so I suggest beginners trade on the spot market.

Trading on the spot market, you still have a slim chance that the value of the coin will return to the purchase price again and you will be able to close your deal at breakeven. Sometimes it takes years. With futures, your unsuccessful trades are liquidated very quickly and you will not have a second chance that the price will recover and you will get your money back.

I loss more than $5,000 in future and have stop with this kinds of trading, right now spot is most recommended trading than future have bigger risk when wrong research we loss our assets. Difference with spot trading indeed price have been drop we still has second chance for recovery our assets when price going up, but not can't happening with future trading when drop or wrong prediction with position opening between long or short actually our fund loss by liquidation.

Beginner better choose with spot trading, when wrong analyze about coins price still has chance for getting back your fund when price going up later and not any fees funding with spot trading how long your coins holding, for future trading have to pay funding fees each 8 hours when trading future in Binance exchange.
