Why would you hand out $15-20 to a guy who has only joined today ? most likely you will be scammed.
How do you know the employee codes haven't been used already?
I know some of the codes are not used because I would use the code on an account and then disconnect the account after on the spotify page.
and to prevent disputes I usually input the code for you on teamviewer so you cannot claim that the code didn't work.
