Sorry To say, this list is not perfect. Did you pick some coin only for promotion? I think some stable coins are

1. EOS
2. BNB
3. NEO
4. ADA
5. ARK

Though some coins price is very low now comparing previous prices but still they are safe, secure and stable coins.

Stablecoins are pegged to (and reflect the value of) an asset. None of those or the ones OP listed are stablecoins. Legitimate examples include DigixGold, Havven, TrueUSD, BitUSD, Tether, MakerDAI, and I'm sure plenty of others I am unaware of.

you still get price volatility if stablecoin supply is too low: see steem dollar that Korea bought up to $13 for no reason and it was falling back to its collateral value of $1 as expected lol. that chain actually does have 0 fees, but people can't generate their own stablecoin. EOS, however, would be able to do that, but without a universal order book & decided upon smart coin it might also get too diluted and get volatile.

the only actual stablecoins right now are on bitshares for past 4 years with very stable fees due to live network capacity in many thousands of tx per second, being the most used dex definitely helps their success especially in asia where bitCNY is popular. They still have the fee, but good enough for United Nation remittance project

***Note: It is a misconception that currencies have to be pegged or backed by an asset to be stable.

A big one is missing from this list: BitBay (BAY)
Its dynamic soft peg is a method of flexible and decentralized supply control... that limits volatility. Non-collateralized, so no having to trust in a 3rd party custodian.

It will be released before year's end 2018.

Some more info on it here:

In the altcoin you listed, I like most Binance, I think it really is a most altcoin in the altcoins on. Because it is run by a young Chinese and works very well. Binance's trading platform only has good altcoins and does not have a bad altcoins. This is really something that I highly value in Binance and that also demonstrates the long-term development.

BitBay's will be truly decentralized.
No collateral or reserve token needed.
It's a soft peg so price can still fluctuate = Highest growth potential out of all the other stablecoins
Release date set for late Q3 to early Q4 of this year.

Nice, he got it completely wrong. Thanks for correcting him, so he wont mislead newcomers. There is also new token called nUSD which is a part of Havven project, that should be performing as a stable coin. I have only used tether, though.
Havven token is not so stable, you can see that even the stable coin of havven still get a lot of volatility. It can't be considered as a stable coin and all of the formula that has already implemented by the havven project is failed. This based on the fact that has already happened with the havven token price.

I’d like to feature that Tether has additionally run into issues with the SEC for being tied to the usa dollar and appearing as a protection (in their belief) that can very well be its downfall. Ironic that it’s intention is balance however this aspect round compliance has created greater inherent risk for its ability achievement.

Agree on that. For now only Tether and TrueUSD are stable. The others are still going up or down with BTC. With the current market BTC up does not mean, alts are going up to, but mostly alts will go down, when BTC goes down. Strange market. If you want to play safe, go with Tether and TrueUSD.

How do u classify these as stable coins?

I think stable coins are those that have a tagged value like USDT, tUSD, DAI, etc.

I would recommend joining the project Tradelize. An ecosystem where ProTraders gain a unique trading toolset and investors achieve investment results equal to those of the best ProTraders. In my opinion, it will give a good profit to its investors in the future. It is perspective project.

You are right, these two coins are stable value but peoples expectation is good growing value. So stable coins are not reach the huge marketcap on short period.
But main advantage of these coins are Cryptocurrency, so some true investors are like to participate in this platform.

Yes very nice info, but let us not forget the most stable of them all. Bitcoin, Ethereum and NEO.
We can't really judge coins but all we can say is to be on the safe side, let us use the terms "the most likely coins to be adapted for their cause".
I believe coins become stable when people actually use them in real life situation. So there are tendencies when a country is regulated, they accept this specific currency, most likely it will be Ethereum or Bitcoin but if it's not the two of them, this specific coin will be the most STABLE coin ever if that will happen.
