Maybe you need to update your browser and so far there have never been any problems like that found in this forum, but I respect your complaint and anyone has the right to complain about anything that makes you feel uncomfortable so you should first check your betting history then refresh your browser page see what happens if there is no problem, try updating your browser before playing, it could be that the browser is too slow, or it could be that your internet is slow.

But if indeed your money disappears for no reason or even in your betting history there are no bets that you don't recognize, you need to contact the Stake support team to find out what happened to your case, I can only suggest doing what I mentioned above.  Wink

Did you contact stake support? Lately, I have been watching a lot of complains against stake, don't know wtf they are doing. It has been my favorite casino for the last few years.

Once the casino becomes more popular, more haters come against the casinos. I am not saying that all the allegations against Stake are fake, but majority are for sure. Stake has been operating since many years, and almost all the members of the forum have atleast played there, so now suspecting about their transparency is not good according to me. Now regarding OP’s case, it may be a visual bug which wasn’t refreshed? Contacting the support will surely help you mate.

It was also happening to me before. I have been playing plinko and i got the same glitch as you said and you shall not feel worry as your balance was safe and what you need to do is refreshing your browser and your balance will be back to the normal again.
Your stake balance is actually safe and your money is not gone. Just refresh it and you can play it again without any problems. The plinko sometimes was glitching.

So you are on automatic betting with Plinko? Usually, it's just a display glitch, or maybe your browser just needs refreshing or something. I hope you were able to catch that on camera or screenshot it so that they would be able to check and it wouldn't repeat to other members.
This is the only thing that I can think of, that happened to OP. Looks like he's on automatic betting while doing something and didn't realize that he lose some bets but since he is on another tab or other application on his desktop or phone, the screen froze while the bets are still on-going. The same thing happened to me on multiple platforms when automatic betting.

If I'm correct, OP can just verify the bets made and he'll realize why it says insufficient balance or funds and a simple refresh can fix the balance shown. If not, OP should definitely contact support asap to fix the issue.

Have you tried refreshing your browser, clearing your cache, and logging out and logging back in again? Or have you left your game at automatic betting and somehow the balance was not displaying correctly, and you are losing all this time? Your description of what happened is just too incomplete to draw conclusions at. This is best directed to Stake's ANN thread to get it sorted. They take notice of these issues in a swift manner so you can try your luck there.
I think that isn't he vest possible thing to be responsible for this,  I have experienced some browser malfunctioning on stake a couple of time but I have not experienced such as ops reported,  although in similar manner.

So if the situation persists after refreshing the browser then ops could check his bets history and if he found any possible glitches he can then proceed to reach out to support to report the situation.

I had $1389. was playing plinko...
I was busy doing something so I was just looking at my balance occasionally to make sure i was still over $1,000...

well, it said I was at $1389
but it then said I didn't have enough funds to make my bet.

You have tried to make a deposit recently by chance? Because usually it happens when you send cryptos to the deposit address of your account but your transaction doesn't confirm immediately and stay stuck for a while. It can also happen if you are using a VPN but usually it comes back normal by just refreshing the page. The last possible reason could be a lock of your funds by the casino. AFAIK they don't notify users neither warn them before doing it, when this casino lock people funds. It usually happens if you have a positive PnL for a while.

This happens to me multiple times, I just need to refresh my browser in order for me to continue playing.  So I guess this is also one of those rare occasions that Stake system announces the not enough balance to bet glitches.

I wonder where is @OP, after stating some issue he just left the thread not telling what happens next or does the problem of not having a balance to bet still exist.

Did you check with your betting history? I don't think automatically your fund reduce in stake from $1389 to $1000 and maybe you have used automatically game play in your last betting game play. Its huge amount when automatically you loss more than $389 and seems not easily how that amount loss immediately.
Contact support and ask about your amount reduce, seems there will explain if any mistake you make why have your fund loss and they will give your betting history, maybe you forget which kinds of game you playing as automatically or manual betting because Stake have good reputation and most experienced as betting platform.

We need more information, maybe you had the option to increase the bet after a loss.. and for how long you were away from the site? If you were rolling $1 bets and the bet rate was 3 bets per second that means you can bet those 1000 in less than 2 minutes. So, please give us more information to have an idea about what the hell happened there.

We know plinko can be a balance sucker, maybe you get a long run in that x0.2.

First of all, post about this issue in their ANN thread : Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - Drake, UFC, Everton, Alfa Romeo F1 Team

Obviously, there is some kind of glitch that is the reason why you try to make a bet it says you don't have enough funds the wallet says over $1K and if I am not wrong they also have life support, try contacting them too and they may guide you in the right path.

Meanwhile, you can also check your bet history and look for if there is any bet that you made not reflected in your account or something.

There is a possibility on this as suggested. So you have to first check on your history to see if it was recorded and if you see it there as recorded while you didn't trigger it by yourself then it might be you need to let CS know about it, it could be the automatic betting so either you deactivate it or they help you with resolving it. Well if you don't understand what is happening you can still get to support. Hope you get it resolved before playing again.

That's what I thought. I used to have that problems with price tickers on some sites where they would not refresh until I reloaded the whole page.
Sometimes they'd keep refreshing for a while and then get stuck up until I've refreshed.

Try to compare your betting history with your account balance and you'll see if you actually had money on your account at the time it said "not enough funds."
I suspect the counter got stuck somehow, but the bet history continued to go live.

Several times I have experienced the same thing when I played their original game, at that time I played on Slide and made a bet, at the beginning my balance was deducted, but then it returned to normal (back to my initial bankroll), I was confused as to why it was like that until finally I refreshed my tab and as a result I see my actual balance Cheesy.

The first thing you have to do now is look at your betting history on the Plinko game and if there's nothing strange, try contacting their support to get an immediate solution.

Ok good you already stated that it a balance glitch so for that to be resolved you may have to contact support to get you a clear statement and standing on your balance,  because from your explanation if you hard being playing for a while and your balance still maintained the $1389 you started,  and couldn't make a new bet that shows that something is really wrong and the only way to resolve that is through stake support.

Please clarify what’s your current balance display now? Do you ask the support about it because contacting will make this issue solve quickly since they can double check your total bet and compute your PnL to determine your updated balance.

If ever, Are you using Martingale strategy because there’s a chance that you consecutive losses while your next bet is already not sufficient for your balance to cover.

You said you have $1389 as an available balance which you have been trying so hard to maintain an amount not to go below that, but you have been playing and you still enough balance to suit in your next rolling, but when you click on play they said not enough balance, if I get you correctly that’s what you mean.

Have you tried refreshing your balance page to see if the balance is still unchanged or if it has been reduced more than the amount you try to wager. Try to refresh it and see if your balance is still their then you will know that you will have to contact the support as it could be a technical error, if the balance have reduce then you will no that the issue is from your end trying to use an invalid balance.
