Yes i don't give a *it what Spencer does , you know what i mean, so i am not covering them, as well it works with stake.com .. so what??
I just wanted an advice and you are now stressful because i paid 100 $. Whats wrong with you

Why do I have the feeling that OP is promoting this shady website? Grin
OP, you say that you wanted advise. The advise was pretty clear. "Stay away from such shady websites", but you still invested money in this.
I'm expecting you to make another post bragging about how much money you made out of this "investment scheme".
High Yield Investment Program scams (HYIP) exist since the early stages of internet(and even before that).
Are you really one of the people, who say "I don't care if this is a scam, I just want to make money by "investing" in some magical 1000% profit schemes a I expect ridiculous profits with no work." This doesn't seem really smart to me.

Either a ponzi or a straight up scam.

20% in 4 weeks is pretty high plus it's fixed hence, too good to be true. The fact that they claim it's made possible through their trading bot is even more nonsense because it's pretty impossible to generate consistently high af profits everytime which makes the model unsustainable - common thing with ponzis.

I highly doubt there is even a trading going on here lmao. If they had such method, they wouldn't waste time recruiting people lol.

Meta: I think this fits more in Service Discussion
This is a pretty old ponzi model which is being used once again by some scammers, I remember back in the day when Bitcoin wasn't this much popular, people used such scripts to lure in Bitcoin holders by promising big returns on their investments and run away with the funds after a few days of people investing their money. People at that time used to be more vulnerable to such scams compared to today.

Most of the time, such websites show some investment packages where they have a minimum investment amount and a maximum profit percentage for a specified timeframe but this one is a bit different because they are using the name of a trading bot to fool people.

I made a 100 $ contract, it seems is OK, so i will wait and try a large amount later
I hope you have your first lessons soon with 100$ after ignoring everyone's advice. It was a good decision, and I support you to do it. Because it is only when we lose money that we become wiser and more intelligent, being too secure will make us more stupid, but always boast of being better than others. There is no better advice or lesson than experiencing it yourself.

Ponzi or not, I've made a few hundred dollars just with the Invite options and also I have already 2 contracts and 2 withdraws. So as long as they pay, I don't see any problem, and I really don't care how they make the money.

You mean "i don't really care if other people lose money as long as I get my share"? Ponzis are scam and some sacrificial lambs inevitably will lose money but ig it's okay as long as it's not you lol.

Who knows if they even pay or how long will they do so. Frankly, I don't trust your words as you're a newbie rank who created this account just to defend a shady-ass business.

I'm not sure if you're here to genuinely ask question about the site
It's actually a shill thread that's pushing people to look after the article and website that he has dropped. I wouldn't think twice if I'll look at those links.

or here for some clickbaiting shit
That really what it is, making it like a legit conversation but he has dropped those links and won't be back to reply.

I made a 100 $ contract, it seems is OK, so i will wait and try a large amount later

OP... did you read the replies on this thread? everyone was against the platform and they all had good reasons for it.

In addition, even if this 100 bucks contract went fine, it doesn't mean you can trust the platform specially with a much larger amount as it could be a bait. Since we're talking about large amounts, the owner/scammer could even decide it's a good amount to run away and move to a new domain.
Sadly he reached out to the community for helpful advice, but in the end, he ignored it all and made his own decision. After all, for newbies, anyone's advice won't win over their greed. Let him try with it and get results with it, and he will understand what people have told him.
Newbies need lessons and experience, and all of that should be bought with money. That way, it really matters to them, free advice will never be worth anything until they pay for the lessons.

I read some news about this platform. https://business-magazine.biz/2023/06/04/the-legendary-mircea-popescu/ So i decided to find some info on that platform: www.spencer-invest.com It seems they offer a really good % on staking. Do you ever used it? I am thinking to put 1 btc on their platform, but not before I get some advice from someone who used it already.
Thank you.

the moment they listed verizon, paypal, and amazon in one section of their website, i could immediately conclude that this was a scam website which was built by a boy who had little experience in scams.

my advice is that you can avoid investment platforms that offer easy investment and good returns as easy as turning your palm. Most of these platforms are MLM platforms under the guise of investments where it's only a matter of time before their owners run away.

Do not deposit any assets on that website, and do not trust www.spencer-invest.com and business-magazine.biz . Both domains are still infants. This marketing strategy is commonly used to deceive victims.

There is no need to stake BTC, as it is undoubtedly a scam. To this day, many scammers use the method of narrating a successful person's story through a platform, and then create their own news website with a fresh domain that resembles a reputable news portal. Just by looking at the domain name, it already appears unfamiliar, and there is not even a 0.001% trustworthiness associated with that website.

Based on the whois data, it is evident that the news portal is less than 2 weeks old. Furthermore, the scammer seems to be lazy in updating the news, as there have been no new articles in the past 6 days. It can be safely assumed that it is a trash news portal. A garbage news portal, promoting a fraudulent staking website.

Do not trust any platform for staking or trading. Always use those that are trusted and highly recommended. If you plan to stake Bitcoin then it is bad idea. Rather staking if you continue to hodl you gain more. If you use a platform or a close source wallet for staking then do remember that they come with risk, consider doing your own research before investing.

If you keep believing those lies then it will not be long before you lose the majority of your capital to scammers, this looks like your average HYIP program and Ponzi scheme with the only difference they have supposedly added staking to make their project seem more legitimate.

But do not fool yourself, if you invest your money in that website or any other one that looks similar then you are never going to recover your money, however I doubt you actually have the intention of investing there and instead you are just trying to promote it surreptitiously.

Staking your Coin in a platform good in the sense of platform that is reliable with the term and condition and it gives profits not to lose, but to make profits, while having in mind of holding Bitcoin for little period of time before selling.

Literally the free candy van of cryptocurrency. Don't put your money on it, unless you want to give the belligerent scammer who made this a free 1 bitcoin for nothing. Although considering the age of your account I'm not sure if you're here looking for real advice or if you're here to spread this and hopefully get someone stupid enough to put their money here.

I suspected that the site is fraudulent when the article in the business-magazine came up with stories that introduced the investment scheme as a get-rich-quick scheme. From my observation, the staking platform spencer-invest looks like a total scam project. They claim that they use crypto trading bots to make a profit from the crypto industry. They are also promising a return on investment of up to 20% which will affect the sustainability of the business. The site will suddenly come up with a notification that shows people transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, or referrals. The website is ideally built to spur people to invest. I will not advise anyone to put his money on this platform because it might end in regret. How can they guarantee a filed amount of profit in a highly unpredictable sector?
Massive red flag for me. I visited the site for myself and it's literally the textbook definition of the modern internet scam with text dialogs telling people that someone withdrew money so they can be put at ease or something lmao. I'd definitely not put my money in this "staking" site of yours. Much of these is just too good to be true. High yields with no profit coming back for the company to sustain itself? It's either you're Elon Musk for being this rich, or you're just stirring up some scam by promising stuff that we most definitely know wouldn't be true.

1 Bitcoin is quite a huge sum of money to be risk on a platform you barely know anything about, because I just made some research right now about "Spencer invest" and got to find out that they don't have any online presence, both on social media nor Google at large, which is a clear sign they are likely to be new & a scam investment platform, because judging from the rate they claimed to pay per investment it is quite high for such a long period of time.

First, You need to make a account.
2 Deposit -Deposit money in Crypto currency
3 Open Contract - You will get fixed profit in weeks you select.
4 Withdraw - Have your money by withdrawal. Reinvest to new contract for more profit.

Its too good to be true. This is the steps to do it in their website. The internet users today are getting smarter, if this is how they convince their potential investors, they will fail and so are the investors who already send money to them.

And just to remind you, BTC can't be staked. Its not meant for staking unlike ETH and rest of the altcoins. You will just lose your BTC from this site.

This kind of approach is used by conman, and other fraud company.  This is like a Ponzi scheme  where the member are paid by new coming member.  There is no such thing as fixed profit in terms of Bitcoin trading.  So expect that this site will rug pull the moment they got their target investment amount.  We have seen to many company that uses this strategy and majority of them run away with the money while a small percentage files bankruptcy.

when I read these investment "offers" created out of nowhere and which advertise practically unknown sites, it is always and only about scams to be avoided.
a site that can offer a profit how does it? what does it do with the user's deposit? Are there any real traces of this activity?
Moreover why does he ask users for money and not turn to friends, a finance company or better a bank? Roll Eyes
