The multi-sig address I previously posted starting at 3 in 2016 came from a custodial wallet so I was not able to sign it.
But since there have been activities on that address up until March of this year, is it safe to assume that you still have access to that "custodial wallet" and as proof [whenever needed], you could transfer its funds to your newly staked address?

And the one that starts with 1 from blockchain.info or .com as far as I remember, I haven't used it for a long time and I've lost access because I haven't held its private key since my old laptop was damaged and I was unable to recover.
Just to be clear, are you referring "only" to the exported private key on the hard drive of the damaged laptop or the ability to access your blockchain.com [formerly known as .info] wallet?

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

So, why did you stake it?
That's way too early (2016), I guess op was just a beginner regarding forum's security at that time. Seeing people post here regarding the staking of address make you think to post here as well since it like a recorded phrases in this forum, higher rank members suggesting when a newbie comes.

But that just it, signing a message with a date and forum username is really important on this thread for security reasons, for the use of recovering once hacked, so it should be

Do I still have to do that?
Yes, otherwise you can't prove that this account isn't stolen. You won't be able to recover it the future as well.

Isn't it a great coincidence that you can't sign from both addresses? Anyway, you know what they say; not your keys, not your coins, not your identity.

you have 2 address already staked ; Here and here, better if you stake it together with the last one.

For example

Hi Lordhermes, I cannot verify your message on brainwallet it just says 'message failed to verify'.  I tried a very other verify services, same error.

I had this problem with mine when I used the SegWit address and NOT the legacy address. The legacy address worked fine.  It seems the services do not work to verify SegWit, I'm not sure why
Hey mate, the signed message is from mycelium wallet which is correct, please use mycelium wallet if those other wallets could not verify successfully.

Can anyone here please verify my message?

Odd. I wonder why adriaparcerisas would do that. It allows anyone to claim that the account was hacked and prove that they are the real owner of the account.
Because people are blindly following instructions without actually understanding exactly what it is they are doing... or why they are doing it.

This often leads to people copy/pasting commands verbatim, ignoring "hints" like YOUR_PASSPHRASE_GOES_HERE etc... or leaving default values in web forms etc. Undecided
