Yup def a sold account, however I don't think a negative rating is appropriate because he cannot control if someone else previously left positive trust. You might want to contact the person who left the trust asking him to remove the positive rating

You should specify the date of the signed message, otherwise it can be used by anybody in the future.

You can also check the gap of posts of those users, if there's a big gap then there is a posibility that user wen't on long vacation Wink

Not that big gap, but still 2 months of break after seemingly regular posting seems extremely fishy , along with the fact that he changed the account's password+ it has the same details as the thread I pointed to.
