All you need to do is follow the instructions in this thread

It may take a while, but theymos should deal with it eventually, if he hasn't replied to you within a week or two, send it again. Make sure you do it right though, he'll probably ignore the message if anything is wrong on it without letting you know.

I think you might get your account recovered. theymos or badbear will ask some questions that only you would've known to make sure that you're really the owner of that account.
you should do it fast because if your account get sold you might find it harder to get it back.

If you haven't got your account back, probably you can publicly claim your account got hacked, which will make the hacker hard to find a potential buyers ! The hacker only got a useless account! once you get back the account, it will have no impact on it!

There is no problem staking more than one address but you need to make sure you can sign with the addresses you post. AFAIK, you can't sign messages using addresses in exchanges.

I recommend you to stake all those addresses in *one* post.
