The idea of this is not that bad, but I would never risk my anonymity by posting an address which I use more than once.
If you don't do it here, but you also put your address in this forum for joining sign campaign. You also expose your bitcoin address to the public!

you're absolutely right. that's the reason why I change my address every month, or at least try to do it Smiley

Changing your public address every month won't help much. Once you have posted it *once*, its out in the open. Someone could have taken a snapshot. What I'm saying is don't trust pseudo-anonymity obtained by changing your public addresses.

Thank you. I think my address is now safe and can't be changed anymore by myself or by a hacker. Good protection! *g*

Is staking btc address here is the same as the signed message that every forum account sellers must have? Confused.

post an address here so that someone will quote it. you can refer to the post that quoted* it (*for more credibility) later when you want to prove your ownership of an account.

so no, it's not the same as signed message. it is required for signed message (in certain cases)

And so, if i want to change my address, i need to sign a message from the previous wallet i wrote times ago here?

yes. that's the reason why I use PGP. it's universal and not bound to a bitcoin address

Yes, to sign a message from the previous wallet and include into it the new BTC-address is the right way to change your staked address.
It does't make any sense for me! Staking an address is for proving the ownership of your account later on. You bitcoin address will forever stay on your bitcoin client  or online wallet(most) , unless you delete the wallet,  change client or forget your online wallet password. Once you need to do it, just open up your bitcoin client or online wallet to sign an message from your staked address.  Yes, you can keep changing staked address here, I have no problem with that! It is just meanless.
And you don't need to use the staked address for bitcoin trasaction, you can just use it for signing message. So the staked address doesn't expose any related info of yours.
