Verification failed and my guess is that favdesu thought you had posted an address here previously. It would be a pretty pointless thread if anyone (e.g. the one that just hacked your account) could just "update" their address.

it seem you have an error in the message , in btc and adress... you have put 2spaces.... try again please.

Dont blame me for the message you wrote. Things like this are the reason these formats are a good idea. If you put the message in quotations marks I have to assume your message is everything included by these marks. If that includes two spaces in the front, middle and back and a few additional symbols here and there I have to assume thats part of the message you signed and not that my clipboard is broken.

This would be perfect for a signed message from the old address by the previous owner. On the other hand its your business and we have next to no experience whether staking an address here is anything theymos will act after when in doubt. My guess is that staking an address here is nice to have, but it will not help you if there are doubts about the legitimacy of the request to get an account restored.
