Why posting messages is not allowed in the Telegram group? How to participate in the contests?

I am wondering of the same concern but I opened my Telegram now and I can still PM @StephenStake if i want to though I am not sure if he can receive what I will send. I am sure that before Thursday there can be update on this where we can send our entries for the many contests (can be the savior for our hard work and quality work).

You're forgetting I'm paying for posts on every section of Bitcointalk including off topic and all those other sections nobody else will pay for. This also doesn't take into consideration the amount of bonuses and contests that go into the group. In the end it's easily worth it because we aren't telling you where you have to post and giving a minimum post count per week, if people want to take a break for a week that's fine. A ton of this campaign is also getting a 25% bonus for their posts from the avatar. It's not hard to profit when people can make $5-$50 or more for 1 post every week from contests. We also don't demand personal text space you can put that however you want or get a bonus for using ours. Stake.com signature campaign #1!  Smiley

Steve, you don't need to give justifications to each and every person who post against the recent payment changes. I have seen the last few pages of this thread since you announced the changes and here is what i analyzed.

1- There are people who are not in this campaign and they unnecessary demoralizing and complaining that the pay rates have been reduced. They have nothing to do with pay rates. (Also they are not fully aware of the giveaways and competitions this campaigns brings with it )
The more quality posts we do, the more are the chances we earn more in a week with less posts .

2- Suddenly a few newbies has come up on this thread demanding for the pay increase. What is their interest in this ? Newbie not accepted
These are people who have high ranked accounts in this campaigns and they have fear to use their original account to speak bad about the
campaign and they will not be willing to move out of the campaign either.

3- There are few people who do not want to continue with these low rates and they have left the campaign. (and more will be leaving soon i guess). This is their right that if they do not like the terms, they can opt out.

4- If you think Low pay per post will encourage spam as people will start posting more and more to make up with their weekly earnings, then
it is not gonna happen for majority. Even if few people does this, the system now a days is so good at bitcointalk that they will eventually be noticed  and banned /tagged/removed etc.
(I do recommend that if anyone is spamming should be removed from the campaign)

I'm not a gambler but there are so many casinos advertising on this forum and a lot of them are trying to take your business down.  Many High ranked members are associated with Fortune Jack and other big casinos, so they will try to talk bad about your casino because it costs them to lose customers.

I hear what you saying about the fixed price but you were paying 100k for hero when btc was 4k now btc is 8k that is double so it should be 50k but it is 37k that is 3x less.
Just saying...

I'm not the one who complains about the rewards, either you get out or remain, but I want to remain in Stake.com but Steve please give consideration about the rate the computation is less than 3 times less like what Mike Mayor stated 70k for hero and 50k for senior like me is ok

or if you want it in dollar

$5 for hero/legendary and $3.50 is acceptable, I hope you can consider this option, but I will respect whatever decision you come out on this.

I think it's important to remember I was going to make this change when Bitcoin first passed 4k but I figured okay we'll give a bonus for a bit it's still uncertain where btc is going, then btc went to 5k, 6k, 7k, 8k and now even higher. I was giving thousands of dollars to the campaign members for free every single week, it couldn't last forever. I almost feel if I made the decision to counter the Bitcoin price fluctuation weeks ago some people would be happier even though they'd have less money right now. It's really just an illusion if anyone is upset right now because in that situation described people would be happier having made less money. Expecting wages to go up at the rate Bitcoin does for no reason other than btc is rising is insane and I thought I was doing something good for everyone by allowing that for this amount of time.
Your campaign is tied for having the lowest rates (by far), effectively pays for an unlimited number of posts, and is well known for producing large amounts of spam/low quality posts/nonsense.

IMO, there is a clear inverse relationship between pay rates and the quality of posts your advertising campaign is going to produce. I don't know why you would think someone who is going to put a lot of effort into their posts would want to participate in your campaign. Other campaigns pay >10x as much as yours, and has post maximums of 40-55 posts, that most people wont hit anyway.

You require payments to a stake.com account, I presume to detect when someone tries to enroll multiple accounts in your campaign, but doing so would be pointless anyway because I doubt many people even reach 10% of the maximum payout each week.

I remember the days in 2014, shortly after some new business stated accepting bitcoin, there would be multiple threads about the subject that would contain pages upon pages, upon pages of posts that said some iteration of "this is great news" and "too the moon" and the like, and most of these pages would be filled with those wearing PrimeDice advertisements in their signature. Today's situation is not quite that bad, but it is comparable.

This is not fair, was the amendment to the salaries of old members also?
No one will remain in this campaign if the situation continues like this. I hope to look again at salaries

You don't have another option. Only Stake and worthless bounties pay for your spam. They don't care what happens to you, and when you (hopefully) get your eventual forum ban, you'll be earning nothing.

How do I know that am I accepted or not in this campaign? Where is the spreadsheet?

Based on what I read in the past posts, steve will reply you in your telegram account if you are accepted, so no reply, could mean you are not in.
But sometimes he is busy, so try to PM him in bitcointalk account.

Some bounty hunters have set of goal on their earnings participating in a Bitcoin paid bounty...
That's why it's nice to lower the maximum so they will not try to reach the quota by sacrificing the quality of their posts.

I think it's sort of rewards for promoting and making stake.com one of the top gambling site in the crypto  Cheesy I can't see the logic you are decreasing the rewards to 3 times less you just want people to post more so they can maintain their salary.

This will lead to same situation with Yobit signature campaign. To receive same reward as it was month ago, campaign members will spam with posts each and every hole on the forum Smiley
I guess soon stake.com signature will be forbidden, as there was already a working topic that “stake is encoraging spam”.

I wil not complain anymore,  Campaign Manager will change the payrate again for the sake of others and pretty much sure it will rise a little bit. Lets wait for further announcement!
How did you have access to such information?

You are part of the campaign and you have no idea about it, that information might not be real.
I believe the rates should be adjust to make it competitive and with that, they have to set a limit of the maximum post, 60 a week would be a nice limit IMO, spammers will not anymore post as many as they can to just earn a decent amount, that is considering the rate will be change.

DarkStar_ is correct, the risk of signature ban is high, since the current rules are more encouraging compared to yobit campaign.

Some bounty hunters have set of goal on their earnings participating in a Bitcoin paid bounty, and since they lowered it, people who are in a lower rank will have to do more than 100 posts to be able to cash out in their website I'm sure manager will come out a win win situation since they are going to be here long term.
