I am plat4 and getting about 15 bucks even without any wager..just so you know

Are you saying that how much this user wagered each week was irrelevant and the amount of the weekly bonus depends solely on the rank?
If that were the case, this issue would be completely pointless.
I want to know if bonus of any wager in gambling is dependable for the rank or the person I don't think this particular comment is holding air because I think that any bonus of gambling is determine by the amount deposited and the lucky to win the gambling so I believe gambling is not what somebody will discuss about the bonus, from the little I know I think the bonus is rolls like dice, and anybody the bonus all that is lucky for the bonus will fall upon will have it.

A site is not gonna give you 5$ each week if you wager 5$ lmao. They would go broke quick if they did that for every player. Maybe try uploading some images of your conversation and proof.

That was sort of my take on this as well. Even the bonus he’s complaining about receiving seems pretty generous when you consider they work on likely small margins. This is why you should gamble for entertainment and not to make money. You find yourself complaining about the bonuses you receive not being enough. Without evidence and a better lined out example of what went wrong besides the bonus being lower this time than last time, it’s hard to take seriously.
I think the amount he is complaining about in the 1st place is hilarious. Stake is not gonna screw over anyone for under 5$. I participate in the weekly 50k giveaway stream and see them give away normally over 100k every single Saturday between bonus drops, 50k raffle, and bonus buys. It's crazy how much they give away to their players.

I'm pretty sure the weekly bonus has more factors then wager as well. I don't know the exact formula but they're not stupid. Noone is gonna go in and wager 100k win 50k from that 100k wagered and get a huge weekly bonus.

They changed the way weekly boosts are calculated to include more loss back a few weeks ago.  That means players with minimal losses or profit for the week will receive less, and players with bigger losses will receive more.

Opening a scam accusation about a bonus that is basically whatever they want to give you is pretty silly though.  Even if they gave you 1 cent, or decided to stop the weekly boost completely, it wouldn't be a scam.
just to clarify, so, even if two accounts are at the same VIP rank, the weekly bonus that they will get will depend not just on how much they have wagered in that week but also on how much they lost or win in that week?

anyway, I am curious about this one(quote below and sorry for the question), he claims that he still getting a bonus despite not having any wager.

I understand that Stake has all the right in the world to change their ToS and pull out bonuses they give out on the platform, but at least they need to communicate it with their patrons in all media available to them. The customer representative could have handled this situation differently, and they could have been blunt and honest on their deliberation if some irregularity is seen on OP's account which prompted them to not give the bonuses in relation to his bet. It seems like Stake has been increasingly becoming a bad platform due to their customer service issues.

I would like to add, but my bets section shows only casino bets. i wish i could prove it to you

You can simply ask for your overall statistic and your statistic will be sent through your registered email. Once you receive it, you can share it here if you want to prove although it wont change the fact that what you want to get ($20 bonus for $600 wager) is like a joke. No site will give you such a big bonus for such small wager.

Something which is going to be difficult to prove, after all stake did not really scammed the OP since this is a bonus problem and there could be many explanations possible, like a change in the size of the bonus to old clients, technical difficulties, the OP not qualifying for a bigger bonus due to the games they played during that week and an interminable number of reasons that could be used to explain this issue away, so unless he can demonstrate that whatever bonus he was to receive was in fact stolen by someone at stake there is not much of a case here.
You are jumping to bold conclusions very quickly. If he didn't receive its last weekly bonus through the normal telegram link but through a drop into its vault there is obviously something wrong with his account. It seems there is an error somewhere or he has been shadow banned from periodic bonuses by Stake without any notice. Moreover with 600 USD wagered in a week he should have got some cents at least. $0.00 for a VIP platinum member doesn't seem normal as testified by some other VIP platinum members above. Shadow banning is not a professional neither honest practice from a big casino like Stake. If they wanted to ban him from bonuses they should have noticed him before.

I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
And the amounts you mention are not at all inviting to scam players. If it were a few hundred thousand dollars, the story would make more sense.
The amount doesn't matter in any scam accusation no matter how low it is. However, the OP is raising a scam accusation in regards with the technical difficulties on the weekly bonus link as well as unfair amount of weekly bonus provided.

Since the casino or platform mentioned is a reputable platform, OP must provide any evidence to support his claim such as the screenshot of broken weekly bonus link, conversation from customer support, estimated weekly bets and bonuses, and any other evidence that will back up his accusation to the said platform.

These numbers are total nonsense.

I have an abandoned account (plat 2) where I dont deposit and only play with weekly/monthly bonus.

My weekly bonus is ALWAYS exactly 2$. Even if I play bit and win so I go to around 600$ wager its 2$.

So I dont know how you can imagine getting more.

I also wondered what OP calculations are doing because I'm Bronze and I make bets over 5$ every day and I only get 0.10$ per week bonus, so I see that these OP calculations don't make sense, either he is lying or someone lied for him, maybe he bought an account and the person who sold him an account cheated on him

I don't know what is his real problem.

is complaining about the weekly bonus, he is doing wrong calculations about the bonus and thinks he should get a higher bonus amount

I don't know what is his real problem. In my understanding the user needs to be clarified with the exact things happened between the customer and the service person. Stake with its good reputation finds a solution, because even a issue could be a problem to affect the platform's reputation.

Completed fake!

Stop being an idiot, the calculation already wrong. People in BTT it's not some "Idiot" like from TrustPilot, before accusing someone/company next time with proof:
- The proof chat between you and stake.
- Proof your betting waggering amount history & your claim amount.

Should be easy right, you can find all of these in stake.

As the members above explained to you, you cannot complain about the free money, this is just good faith, but if you face a problem, for example, if they confiscate your money for no reason, then you can file a lawsuit there in the accusations section.
You can also write in their thread and ask why the bonus level has been reduced. Maybe there is something wrong with the system or you don't deposit regularly.
I don't think it's up to someone advertising a casino in his signature to say if another member can or cannot "complain" about it. It sounds you are trying to silence a real complaint from a customer of your casino on the forum.
Bonuses are mainly used by casinos to attract people (look my signature if you don't believe me), because everyone look at that when they choose a casino and take that into account before deciding to spend their money there. It's not just "free money" given in good faith, the casinos expect a ROI by doing that. Then if a casino finally doesn't send the promised bonus, it's dishonest and shady. And people are free to be angry with that and to inform the community about the issue.

Reputation first.
Those who use stakes know that a weekly bonus is given according to the amount of your bet.
I've been betting on stake.com for about 2 years. and my level is platinum . Because of my level, even if I bet $5 at the lowest, they place an average of $5 each week. The higher the bet volume you create, the more you get of course. but even if I bet 5 dollars until now, I always got at least 5 dollars weekly bonus. We always get the bonus via the link they post on telegram. Anyway, let's get to the point.

For the first time, my weekly bonus link didn't work.

When I called customer service they always lingered. Last week I made an average of 10 dollars bet. They gave a 6 dollar bonus. My bet amount this week was 600 dollars on average. but my bonus amount this week is only 4 dollars!!!! And I did not get it via the weekly bonus link. they sent it to my safe without using the bonus link. They tried to trick me with 4 dollars because they couldn't find a solution to the bonus link not working or not to bother with it. However, they should have given me a bonus of at least 20 dollars on a 600 dollar bet. I know well the bonus amount given according to the bet amount. Because I've been betting here for 2 years and I'm getting a bonus every week.
When I ask customer service about this issue, they are not helpful at all and just ignore it.

customer service cheated

The reason why I open this topic is that so many big bookies can't find a solution to the bonus link that doesn't work and they give the lowest weekly bonus amount to close my mouth.
The essence of the subject is water. I bet 10 dollars last week and they gave a 6 dollar bonus. I bet 600 dollars this week, they gave a 4 dollar bonus ... they didn't give me my right. The reason why I bet here is that they are a rich betting office in terms of bonuses...

when I asked them about it;
Last week, a $6 bonus for a $10 bet, and a $4 bonus to a $600 wager this week, how is it possible? You can't pay 4 dollars and close my mouth because the bonus link doesn't work. When I ask the customer service about this, they run away like a cowardly chicken, they definitely do not answer my question.

I don't think that Stake.com will steal your money, because mainly they don't need yours one. Have you tried to re-contact them, and to write on Stake.com Thread channel? Maybe you can find a solution with them.

This isn't the right section to open a thread like this one, if you think that something hasn't been given to you, please go to Scam Accusation section and open your thread.

Hi
Is there any way that you can provide proof of what you are saying since most of the times these allegations can backfire and lead you to a dead end. What you need to do is to write them a mail if possible and see what they reply then you can definitely post it here as well. I do think that stake has a good reputation and if they see such allegations they might try and solve the issue as well, you also need to message them as well, but you should remember to read terms and conditions since these bonuses usually are subject to them and people don't realize that the casino can stop 🛑 them at any moment causing unrest for some people but it's worth mentioning.

Hurrah for Karamazov!
Well, it's their choice.
You can't complain about "Free money". Sure it makes Stake lucrative, but since there's no defined rule on how much "bonus" you will get, I don't think you have any say on this.

They still pay the most bonus, compared to other sites. And it also comes without any wagering requirement.
You can discuss it with other members. But it can't be called "cheating".
