face the same lagging problem. I don't know why they deploy their business without testing.
Lag is perpetuated by the amount of player traffic. At the start of the site when there weren't as many players betting constantly, the response speed was extremely fast. Only after a significant number of players joined did the server start to stutter.

i know that stake.com is a trustworthy site,
but can you make it a bit light for us to play?
because it is very lag as hell, whenever i tried to play roullete it will always circling for 1 minute until it stopped.
i do not know what is going on,but it's really annoying to play with.
sometimes whenever i playit, it stopped and when i refreshed it my balance already decreased and show the result

May be some bug or their current servers can't take the load. It looks like many players are not happy with these issues. Someone already opened up a scam accusation thread about this site but that may not be true. These issues look small but when people lose money because of these issues then they will frustrate about the site bugs.

If you aren't running multiple bets at once, then explain this.

http://imgur.com/a/xX4Mb

Shows two wins at different values, then two resets back to base bet.

There's a lot of weird stuff going on in this video.

I'd like to preface this by saying that this individual has 20 support tickets open for a variety of issues including that he was being cheated because "when autobetting on 6x, everytime you get two greens in a row, its always a red" and has continued to play and report new issues and ask us for money. I wonder why not just quit if you're encountering all these issues.

If you feel you've been cheated and wanted to help us actually see what was going on you could change your seed so we can verify what's going on, otherwise this video is pretty unhelpful. I haven't been able to reproduce this issue or heard any other reports regarding this.

If you were able to help us reproduce and prove the issue I'd offer you a reward but it seems you're more interested in proving the website is a scam given your spam on stake forums and handful of videos and tickets.

It is one of the irresponsible replies from a reputed casino owner.

Did you mention in your site it is full of a bug so if you see any issues please stop playing?

If you can't reproduce this issue means are you saying that OP has reported fake video? If not, your site is not stable so immediately shut it down.

Check you mean thread people are reporting so many issues and you playing with peoples money.

I can see why you'd feel that way, maybe that was an immature response by me but I take accusations like this very personally.  It's very easy to edit the page elements to gain this result, but just because the user has falsely reported before doesn't mean that's necessarily the case here.

We take all reports seriously and we spent time trying to reproduce the issue and the user needs to change server seeds for us to be able to verify the results of the bets and see what's going on. If there is a potential visual bug I want it fixed more than anyone.

We offer bounties for reports that we can reproduce and fix. If there's any question that we don't take these types of issues seriously, on Primedice recently a user experienced a visual bug on a 10 BTC bet which made him think he had lost instead of won the bet despite his balance correctly updating which resulted in him placing another large bet which he lost. In that case we were able to reproduce and ended up reimbursing the player 10 BTC and fixed the bug.

https://youtu.be/rUaA0YuqogY?t=38
Right at this timestamp the auto bet kicks in and appears to wager 19 satoshi to a loss but in reality his balance was deducted by 29 satoshi.
https://youtu.be/rUaA0YuqogY?t=52
Here, it bets 36 and appears to have lost but in reality the balance was increased by 6 satoshi.
If OP would unlock his account and let people look at the full bet history then it would be easy to see if this discrepancy originated from Stake or the user.

Yep, that would help us see what is actually going on. Until the user agrees to do this, there is nothing we can do and I see no reason to respond further.

It isn't a scam, however Stake is currently riddled with bugs including massive lag and issues like what you just showed. If you're trying to play dice, I recommend playing elsewhre as the house edge at Stake for dice is 2%. Why would you play dice at Stake when you can play at any other site for 1/2 the house edge % if not lower like sites such as Safedice?

If they think that site got so many bugs then they shouldn't allow people play on their site using peoples hard earned money. They need to spend money to test the site before releasing it to the public. If they are not doing it means they are responsible for all these issues and they need to check each and every bet to refund all players lost money with these bugs. I know they are reputed guys but that doesn't mean that they can release bug site to people.

The people behind it have good standing in the community. It's just the site still has many a bug and issue to solve since they launched, rather than them actively trying to cheat you. It wouldn't even make sense to do it in such a ham-fisted manner.

Honestly I like PrimeDice and I trust it and everything but they really should of had some soft opening first for Stake.com and do major bug bounties and testing.

They did that, but it evidently wasn't enough. Hindsight is..

If anything its probability some visual bug and the way its displayed.

The site still has horrible lag and makes it very unpleasant to use.

The site is fairly new given that the official released was just last month, major and minor bugs should be expected, i have been playing here since the alpha test and i see that they've been doing their best to make everything runs smooth. I am sure they won't scam users and ruin their reputation just like that, just look at the prizes they put on each of their giveaways.

But hopefully they get back to you soon and offer a bounty for this.

Sites still being tested and has some serious lag issues, so I think anything is possible at this stage of testing.
Contact them and see what they say, lots of mods to pass issues on and upwards.

It's funny how all of us are defending stake.com while if it was some other site, it would probably get ruined over this  Cheesy
I don't think Stunna would ruin his reputation like this.

I checked it, bets are showing correct results, but i don't play there because site is lagging as hell. Bugs are always possible.
I agree on this one, if this was any other site it would be bashed lol.

YES, I think this is another scam -_-

Nope.
I just made a comment on the situation, because it is kinda funny xD
But seriously though
I don't think this has anything to do with scamming because he didn't just lose bets he was supposed to win but he also won bets he was supposed to lose
Still though, I think Stunna is one of the most reputable people here and I can bet on it that the poster of the vid will be compensated if he contacts him.
Bugs happen, it's not an excuse though!
Such software should never be published without being thoroughly tested.
I don't think too that this is a scam. And yes, I think if it was another site then that site would be destroyed immediately. What separates stake.com from other gambling sites that could have committed this error is that stake.com's owners have pretty good reputation on the forum and we trust that this site will never scam people. Though that is yet to be seen, maybe someone has exposed their cheating system or it may probably just a "visual bug" we will never know unless an expert does check the site.
