OP has two threads on his accusations against Stake and I noticed that he has deleted most of his posts on his two accusations
these are some of his posts that were quoted but it's now been deleted by OP

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62257797

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62260586

If he has the option he could have deleted this thread but many of his posts are already quoted I wonder what's his intention of deleting his posts, maybe he got advice from his lawyer or whatever, but I don't see him serious about his accusation.

stole hundreds of thousands from me ilegally

Is there a way to steal legally?

I'm just putting it out there, what people say or do or tell you is 100% not important.
What matters is the T&C you clicked "I agree" on.
You may be able to get some satisfaction based on their wording vs what really happened. But chats, and live streams and so on have gone through the courts in several countries over the last few years and it still came back to what T&C you agreed to.

Obviously, this will depend on where you are in the world, but so far as far as I have seen, there has been nothing that went to court and came out any other way.

Now, there have been cases where the T&C were found to be bad / wrong / unenforceable. But that is a different story.

Stake.com misinformed me and took hundreds of thousands of dollars in deposits from me before disabling my account so I couldn't withdrawal and I am looking from someone from management who can solve the issue with me as their complaints and legal department completely ignore me. Customer service tell me to contact complaints and legal but they just dont reply.
Stake can not just disable your account. Likely you want to withdraw after winning and they look more into your account to know if you follow the terms of service or not. Some gamblers do face this problem because it is easy to deposit on gambling sites but to withdraw is strict. Stake would have told you the exact reason why your account was blocked, can you tell us why?

Any related issues that would have led to the user account being disabled is coming from his end and this could be either when he violated the rules on their website, failed to give total compliance on their KYC procedures, try to cheat on their platform or have been found violating one or two rules while using their platform, stake.com is one of the most recognized gambling platform on this noble forum and had been know for good and standard reputation over years, many members of the forum makenuse of this platform because they are fare and reliable enough to gain their trust.

today i contacted my lawyer who thinks i have a strong case to retrieve the money who will be filing a motion in court.

Of course, he will tell you that, all lawyers will say that you have a case even if you don't have a chance you'll be paying him for every representation in court and the case could drag on for years and that means money flowing in his pocket, you are an easy cash cow for any lawyer.
Good luck with your case and next time before you play in a casino be sure you read their terms of service and be a responsible gambler who can take his losses.

It just seems that he doesn't want to follow the advice you are offering to him in this and his other thread about this same topic. I understand that he must be angry if he had problem withdrawing "thousands of dollars", like he stated in the Opening Post, but if he doesn't provide more details or keeps ignoring your tips...
We can not force anyone to follow our advice. We can only suggest, and the rest is up to them. I saw he wrote some detailed information in another thread. But he did not bother to edit OP and add what he wrote there. There is no way we can verify whether he is telling the truth. It seems he deposited a lot of money, so he wants to fight against Stake by appointing a lawyer. Let's say his case is true. But there is no way we can verify it without any proof.

Also everyone, please watch the first minute of this video of Eddie streaming:    https://youtu.be/0l6liFJNW8U

Someone asks: ''Are you Aussie'?

Eddie Replies: ''I'm Australian, From Melbourne"

Now this is why he is playing stake, which cannot be accessed from Australia
He is the owner, and you are a customer. He can be from anywhere. If his license doesn't forbid ownership from Aussies, there is no problem. He is Australian, From Melbourne doesn't mean he lives in Australia. It's not impossible that he may live somewhere else right now. Let's say he lives in Melbourne, Still, he is the owner of the platform, and he has special access to play on his platform for promotion purposes. He doesn't have to play on his platform to make money. He does it for promotional purposes. When you signed up to their platform, You agreed to their TOS. Now don't say just because Eddie played in his casino, I will do the same. He is not playing with real money. But, you do. He can create his balance out of thin air and you cannot. So, Don't compare him with yourself.

Did you try to contact Stunna here in the forum? If you didn't, I recommend you contact Stunna for a faster response.
However, I noticed you have posted in their gambling thread and created another separate thread in the Gambling section. Creating multiple threads in different areas is not allowed. Also, it's not going to help your case.

I don't see any reason why Stake won't reply to you. They must explain what they got if they find anything on your account.

...this will be the only way left that will be available to him.

Either way, please, keep us informed about the case, to the extent legally possible.

This is an incomplete thread, you need to add more evidence to this thread to draw their attention to your complaint. You should continue to contact them through the support team.

And if you think you will settle this complaint with scam accusations, then you need to add solid evidence against them in this thread and prove that they cheated you.

You've started 3 topics about this in the same day. One of them was moved to off-topic and these two should either be merged, or one of them deleted.
You're spamming the forum!

Either post here, or in your second thread not in both.

With no proof there's no scam accusation.

Op if you want replies that will actually be helpful to your case then you should consider adding more details and proofs that will actually proof that you're in the right because sometimes users will just create thread like this and claim that a certain casino stole their funds and after much investigation it will later be revealed that the user cheated or did something that's against the casino's policy.

Edit your post and if you have any screenshot to back up your claim then add it to your main post.

How can words store and illegally stand together? Is it possible to steal legally ? Cheesy

Anyway, without any proofs this is topic worth nothing. Start with giving more details and add screenshots of conversation with support. Otherwise no one is able to at least start helping you. But, knowing reputation of Stake, is does not look they could did something illegal.

Yeah this is a case of OP was asked to ID and he's from a banned country. Honestly I agree with him stake has in the past made it seem ok to use vpns and play on their site. I remember watching Eddie streams and he would joke that it wasn't a big deal.

Op is at fault for sure but Stake is clearly being predatory and cashing in as I keep seeing these posts happening.

You will not get a response from a higher up in this thread. You need to go through the proper channels via their forum or through email. If you want any sort of help here, you will need to post more details and even then, probably not going to get much help.

No higher can help you if you don’t provide any proof on your case. Write your case in detailed format so that everyone can easily understand your case. There’s a shit tons of scam accusation in the forum against any reputable casino and most of them is being ignored because they are using shit format like yours.if you are really serious on getting back your money then you should help us too on understanding your case properly.

Write the sequence of event and your discussion on the support that handle your case. We need to know what’s the reason behind and how they handle your case. Help yourself first before ask help to others.

Don't see my comment as an attack because I am wearing a stake signature.

First, no one here will believe your claims that the stake actually took your deposited balance and there after lock your account unless you provide every valid evidence to support the claim.

Secondly, the Stake is a well-known casino that has a long history of paying players huge amounts for winning with delay and their representatives here and on the site are very active so if you are serious about your case you need to reach them through their representative here or the support and make sure to keep evidence on every step of the way.
