Altcoins will be added in the next few days or weeks, but will not take years. As Stunna said, they are in the process of testing, the team is working so hard and are making sure that the update will be as perfect as possible before releasing.
What are the coins that will be listed, ETH will be listed initially as said by Stunna but what about bitcoin cash as i think we need to include that too since it is a fork coin of bitcoin, everyone is having those as spare without any use for now. 
BitcoinCash is my favourite too. I like to see zcash too. But I'm not the one who knows which coins will be listed, so, just guessing.

Oh god stunna made another website? This is gonna be a loooong night. I think I should say goodbye to my wife already for at least a week and call in sick for work. I am not leaving this until I hate myself or feel amazing. It looks sooo amazing, like anything stunna does.

We're finally near completion of accepting altcoins at stake. We're doing final testing and will hopefully accept Ethereum this week! What coins do you want to see added?
Will this near the completion also take as long as it took to complete PD 3 from pd2? A year got wasted while listening we are almost there and the final product was disappointing than what was thought it would be.

maybe have a look at Zcash,Peercoin and even,forgive me Lord,Bitcoin cash?
ZCash is a solid option. Anyway, I would limit it to not more than 5 different coins, because more coins=more work for support=slower answer...
What do you mean zcash is a solid option? I think there are always other coins that be better than zcash but you chose zcash. Btw by limiting your coin into 5 coins is a good thing but to think that if you apply more coin, then you must need a shapeshift so it does not bother your support. I think this is really a good way to keep your support be active and you can apply more coins too
zCash offer one of the strongest privacy protection, something useful for some people who wants to bet on a casino. I mean, you can say XRP, Cardano, NEM (or any other) are "better" or "more useful", but their advantages can not be used in the casino.

That is a great news, i would like to see bitcoin cash and dogecoin being added to the casino and hopefully we will see those being implemented in primedice too. How many coins are you planning to add in the first place.not sure if there are new coins that deserve to be added,but for the owner I would look at the number of potential whales wagering in that coin(s) and the ease of integration

Btw by limiting your coin into 5 coins is a good thing but to think that if you apply more coin, then you must need a shapeshift so it does not bother your support. Etherium,Litecoins,Dogecoins are the top ones to be added first IMHO
Monero and Dash would be nice to add,at some point later

Thanks for sharing it, following the twitter account and joining the promotion. Honestly, I'm so surprised to see the number stake's twitter account followers. I think it should have more than just what I see now, as it is considered as very low number for a good site like stake.
Maybe the rules of any promotion on the twitter should require people to follow and retweet so it will have more followers. It wont be hard to gain followers for Stake, I'm sure.
