I registered in Stake with gmail and received the confirmation email instantly , so maybe it's an issue with the email service you are using
it may be just a bug too , cause stake sometimes face some bugs but they get fixed quickly so maybe just wait a little

last time I was playing and logged out , after logging out I wasn't able to log in back again and I thought its something to do with my account or PC
but contacted one of my friends and asked her to log out from her account and try to log in back , she wasn't able to log in back again

I want to know if it's ok to create another account and use one of my friends referral links , is it allowed as long as I'm only playing on one account and chatting from it ??

also I logged out from my account and when I tried to log in again the page just freeze , tried to sign up too and same thing happened

Has not existed in some time, was a PVP dice roll game for Primedice. Adding PVP games is definitely an objective for us just not a top priority.

Anyway, i enjoy the concept and the layout.

If you bet larger amounts you won't experience this edge case. It's difficult to deal with fractions of one satoshis without rounding visually but in the end the back-end is more accurate than the front-end but we aren't going to display more units by default when we're talking about a fraction of a fraction of a penny worth. When each Bitcoin is $10,000,000+ we'll have to reconsider Wink

I guess no, pvp type game is not their main focus since the launch of Primedice. Indeed there was once a pvp game on chat at PD, but it was removed due to many abusers. Keep focusing vs house game is better for Stake than launching a new pvp game imho.
